I remember after the game, “May God Be with You” Frank Reich quoted bible scripture in the post game locker room interviews.
He actually quoted from one of my favorite songs, "In Christ Alone" by Michael English.
In Christ alone will I glory
Though I could pride myself in battles won
For I've been blessed beyond measure
And by His strength alone I overcome
Oh, I could stop and count successes
Like diamonds in my hand
But those trophies could not equal
To the grace by which I standIn Christ alone I place my trust
And find my glory in the power of the cross
In every victory let it be said of me
My source of strength, my source of hope
Is Christ aloneIn Christ alone will I glory
For only by His grace I am redeemed
Only His tender mercy
Could reach beyond my weakness to my need
Now I seek no greater honor
Than just to know Him more
And to count my things but losses
To the glory of the Lord -
Quickness is better than speed.

Would he cost more
than a first?

Good coaching will win you 4 games.
A good defense will win you 4 more.
A good offense will win you 6 games.
Luck will win 2 two more.
The Bills will get at least 4 with their coaching alone.

P: Brian Mooreman. Was the best player on our team for a few years there.

You lost me when Haushka missed his field goal. Unrealistic.

Father Time is undefeated.
Can you please inform Father Time that he is losing the battle against the QB in New England?

Anything is better than plain end zones.

No love for Spiller, huh? I remember a two year stretch where I thought he was one of the best in the league. Not surprised with the "no love" for McGahee.
-
Only way that happens is if they included Brady in the equation. Brady plus their two firsts and the Giants would have made that deal in a heartbeat.

He truly has both short term and long term in his mind. He prioritizes the QB properly and took a shot. Even if Allen busts, nobody can accuse Beane of not thinking the QB is important and nobody can accuse him of not willing to get his man.

Very dumb article and a very dumb writer. I am sure his goal was to encourage a fan base that has no reason for encouragement lately.
Unintelligent statement saying that the Browns passed on Allen twice. Did he think there was a scenario where the Browns would take a QB at both 1 and 4? Idiot.

I’ve watched him play and don’t think he’s any good.
I'm pretty sure the Bills watched him more than you did.

The Bills did not love EJ as much as they do Allen. For EJ they traded down because they knew nobody wanted him. For Allen they felt they needed to trade up.

1. Allen
2. Darnold
3. Mayfield
4. Barkley
5. Bills trade with Denver and get the best passer in the draft.

Either. Praying for either one and beginning to come around to the idea of doing anything to get them.

Hauschka will win us at least two games himself.

I remember so many people for so many years saying that the Bills would be the worst team and they were always wrong. Too bad too. I would have liked a #1 pick. Not since 1985 if I'm not mistaken. I think 2-14 is better than 6-10.

Yards per attempt

Remember the Lawyer Milloy game? We stole one even though they were the better team, because it was week 1.
-
If we first trade up and get our Guy (whoever that is) at QB and Barkley inexplicably falls, sure. Too bad this is impossible.

Bills don't stand a chance... unless we resign Rambo. Rambo is Rodger's kryptonite.

It's almost like they failed at failing.
That's one way to look at it.

Brandon Beane is going to be proud of this one. Perhaps the most exciting sixth round pick ever! The punt god is coming to Buffalo!
