1. The defense appears to be even better than last year. It's keeping offenses off the field, it's creating more turnover chances and it's keeping mistakes to a minimum. If they continue to play like this, we'll should be competitive in every game we play. That's comforting.
2. Drew is starting to look like his old self, and he's re-establishing a good vibe with Moulds. His completion pctg. the last two games has been very good.
3. Our O-line appears incapable of doing anything well on a consistent basis. This is a major concern -- we're not running well and we're giving up sacks at inopportune times.
4. Special teams was extraordinarily bad tonight. They've been very good on kick coverage for the last season-and-a-half, and wasn't this Clements' first action at fielding punts this year? We must've really had a brain fart on the punt block, because those things simply aren't supposed to happen in the NFL. Better now than in the regular season, I suppose.
5. Between the 20s, our offense has been pretty good. In the red zone, we have to improve. I'd like to know what gives there.
