This is a joke right?

How is this different than Toronto?
You need a passport to go to Canada

Just some more evidence that C.J. Spiller is not a capable NFL running back. Ouch. This one really stings - I hope hope hope we can turn him into a slot WR so we can get some return on investment.
So now Spiller is a bust? I love this board....

It is funny to think if we keep losing because of our lack of defense put Fitz keeps up the good numbers that this is possible.
Sounds crazy or what?
Imagine how quickly the opinion of Fitz changes if he lays an egg against KC.

I too used them just this past week. Ordered my birth certificate on Monday (need it for passport) and received it in the mail yesterday. Fast, easy and efficient.

"Gailey" and "plan" = Oxymoron.
Bills won't sniff a playoff appearance until they spend money on a real head coach.
You mean like Shannahan for the Redskins?

The Colts preseason record since 2005 is 4-20…nuff said.

Well one things I'm certainly not lacking is thick skin. I'm a cop, have to have thick skin to make it in my job .
Anyway nice meeting everyone here, and during my lurking stage I have noticed all the animosity on the board. It's all good, though...gotta roll with the punches!

Paul Blart, is that you?

If Elliott Wave prophecies of a world market collapse come to fruition, I don’t think too many people will care too much about the state of the NFL:
EWI bases its financial predictions on the long-term psychology swings of the masses — from overall pessimism to optimism and back. These swings eventually generate the price movements and trends we see in the world's stock markets. EWI's analysts believe that a long-term wave of optimism officially ended in 2008, marked by that year's punishing stock market crash, and that the world is now plunging into a period of historic pessimism. Financially, this should result in an ocean of bank failures, the bankruptcy of many state and local governments, harsh unemployment and relentless deflation (plunging prices), all capped off with a 96 percent wipeout of the Dow Jones Industrial Average — from its current levels of approximately 10,000 down to … get ready for this … 400. That's Dow 400. And EWI predicts this chaos won't relent until sometime during the year 2016, when all of the world's markets reach a final bottom.

I just got the new DirecTV Swim thing a couple of weeks ago. It is pretty cool and nice to be able to record things on one receiver and watch the recordings in another room. I went with (2) DVR's to double my record capabilities, with one of them on a TV on the patio for the Bills games.
I don't think DTV has worked out all the kinks with this system but it is great.
One thing to be ready for when they come to install it...They will probably need to re-wire the cable in the house if it is more than 10-15 years old. You might want to call DTV back and ask them to have one of their own techs doing the install as opposed to a subcontractor. The subs, from my experience, don't have a clue to what they are doing when it comes to installing the new system. I had two out to my house before I threatened to cancel and DTV sent out one of their own technicians. It took about two weeks to get it straightened out but luckily I was in between moving and i didn't have to go without the TV for more than a day or two.
Also, make sure you have your router and modem in an accessible location because that is a requirement and a neccessity for the system to work.
Long story short, on my first setup back in 2004, two kids, probably 18 or 19 (subs) came out and did the initial install. During the process, they did over $500 in damage to both the interior and exterior walls. In the end, DirecTV reimbursed me, not before providing them a number of estimates along with a series of photographs. Now, any time I require service, I insist on a lead technician. I even take it one step further and insist the person show up in a DirecTV van. I have been told repeatedly that just because they drive a DirecTv van, it doesn’t mean they aren’t subcontractors. I tell them it doesn’t matter, I want to see the person show up in a DirecTv van and the person must be a lead tech. I haven’t had any problems since.

Call em back and tell them your friends are getting it cheaper.....worst they can do is say no. Worth ten minutes of your time if you ask me.
Agreed, that is exactly what I told them

Guess I'm not as persuasive as you all are. I did get the To-Go package removed, but only got $5 off for 6 months for the Sunday ticket.
I just called and got the To-go package removed as well along with $20 off for 6 months.

Tom Brady signs with the Bills and I crap 20 dollar bills......
The real question is, would he still be gay?

I always liked Maguire too. I think his pairing with Joe Theisman on ESPN made a lot of people dislike him...guilt by association I guess. I know Maguire was doing college games for ESPN in 2008...if I am not mistaken, he only did UFL games in 2009. It's a shame...the color guys on most Sunday afternoon games on CBS and FOX are just bland and generic...hard to believe there isn't a place for Maguire on an NFL broadcast team.
He is now broadcasting games for the new United Football League on HDNet, a cable network.

Point taken! I have edited my post to reflect that she spent her money on pot and wine.
I think you missed the point.
-
Well, I'm not so sure it doesn't have something to do with it. . . . . the wine is probably part of it too. The fact that she spent her money on pot, and not on her kids has a lot to do with it.
I think she might spend more on wine:
Ortega said after Burtrum spoke to the boy in private, he found Muniz sitting at her dining room table drinking what he believed to be wine.
"She said it was the only way to cope with the kids," Ortega said.

Nice, real nice. Notice there was not mention of hard core drugs, just marijuana. And people on this board were telling my how great it would be to legalize it.
This woman is not much different than a lot of the people I see daily. I always am heartbroken when I leave some $hithole house and the kids don't have a pot to piss in. I can't wait to get home and hug my little guy (2.5 year old son) and tell him how much I love him.
Just depressing, poor little kid still wanted to hug mommy and say goodbye, even after how crappy she treated him.
Worst part is the courts will probably give custody back to her.
She also likes to drink wine….maybe alcohol should be illegal too

Might be 15 yr fixed as they are at 4 %with no costs at Cap Center. I looked at those, while I save 7 years of payments, cost go up by about $250/month.
btw, these types of articles got me into looking today, says lowest in 50 years

Without question, if ever a time to refi it is now. Don't think these rates will stay this low much longer.
-
Where are you? Wife and I bought last year, and got 4.25%. No way I'm refi, unless it drops into the 2s.
VA. Again, I paid nothing in closing. Is your 4.25 an arm?
-
So, just applied for a refi. I am currently at 5.625% on a 30 yr fixed and have 268 payments left.
Will get 4.5% with a point paid on a new 30 yr fixed, which will bring my monthly nut down by almost $350. I make the point up in 44 payments, and I intend to be in the house at least ten years , so buying down the rate sounds good.
Heres my question. I know I am saving $350 a month, but I am also adding 7 years of payments. Is there some kind of equation that tells me whether this is a good move or not? Can i rationalize and say and the end of 22 yrs just pay off the principal and I will be better off? Or is that stinkin thinking cause by then all thats really left is principal?
Also, I cannot see being in this house more than another 15 yrs, as by that time both kids will be out of the house, and I will absolutely downsize and move back to downtown DC.
I just don't know why I can't figure this out
No Math wizard by any stretch but what if you take that extra 350 and pay it on the principal each month? I did a streamline refi w/ Wells Fargo, no appraisal, no closing cost. They dropped my rate from 5.5. to 5 and reset my loan to 30 years. For me it was a no brainer since I only had the original mortgage for 20 months.

Why does Bass pro get all of this attention and free press? They are just an oversized sporting goods store when your really get down to it.

Moved to Memphis over 10 years ago and have watched Bass Pro deal with both cities. Looks like they will finally sign the deal to take over the Pyramid and wonder how this might affect the negotiations in Buffalo.
