MY POINT? SHEESH! What is yours? Allen is THE reason your HC was fired and the Bills weren't in Foxborough for the AFCG. He is a very good QB, but the adoration for a QB that hasn't won anything is off the charts. Maybe Allen can step up and get his team to a SB? That window is still open, but is going no higher and is likely starting to slide down. The Bills organization has wasted a QB good enough to win one with a better team.

Folks, now that he's gone, everybody will throw hatchets at the back of his head, but McDermott was hamstrung by the front office in general and turnovers in the playoffs more than anything else. Every team gives up some points, but when you're constantly handing the ball back to your opponents offense and putting an exhausted defense back on the field, often with a very short field, you will give up points. Should the bills have won a couple of these games anyway? You can make that argument, but let's keep things on the straight and narrow when we are discussing the past rather than rose colored glasses for certain aspects of the team.

TBH, given the general talent he has had and then the generational talent he had with JA, I think the ownership has been more than patient. The Bills have been good enough to win at least 1 if not 2 Lombardi's and haven't. Can't fire the team so the coach had to go. Without a trophy, 13 seconds was destined to be his legacy. I wonder how JA feels about this? WAIT!!!! BEANE is staying????? That is nuts.
