Get as close as you can tonight and then polish it off tomorrow.  Try to get to, say, Erie, PA or Fredonia, NY tonight if you can.  Then leave very early for the game tomorrow because traffic and parking are going to be a mess.  Parking in particular is going to be a problem.

Mains will be clear.  Parking will be extremely difficult because satellite lots will have difficulty opening.  And stadium lots will have less capacity because there will be big piles of plowed snow.  Bake in a lot of extra time for parking and walking to the stadium.  And get yourself some hot hands foot and hand warmers and the cold won't bother you a bit.

Dont they take the snow out of the stadium lots via dump trucks?

The Bills have made a bad habit of getting behind 7-0 in their last three games. That has to change on Sunday.  This is not the game you want to be chasing from behind. The conditions will really frown upon the team who falls behind.

Bills get up 14 -0 Pitt will have not to many options other then having to pass

  3. I like this post from there. Dude didn't watch Bills/Pat's playoff from a few years ago I guess

The crowd will be smaller and quieter dur to the extreme cold. Both teams will be affected. The running game will be the offense for both teams. No sharp cuts. Once the RB passes the defensive player, he is gone. Running also shortens the game to limit exposure

There was a game i recall a few years ago vs Philly. It wasn’t snowing and freezing but it was cold and very windy w some rain. Carson Wentz completed a ton of short dump off passes and the Eagles killed us.  I recall thinking after that game how the Bills and McDermott were so poorly prepared to play in the wind and the eagles had a masterclass lesson in how to use a passing game in the wind here.  Hopefully McD and Brady watched the film this week of all the wind games.

I was ushering that game wind and rain right in my face. Eagles fans were the biggest POSs I ever encountered working there

Winter Storm Watch in effect now from Saturday afternoon to Monday morning. Heavy lake effect snow with winds gusting as high as 65 mph. Travel will be difficult, may be impossible at times. Even if this game is playable, and fans can get to it safely (huge questions), it is sad that a playoff game will be impacted so negatively by the weather.

Wouldn't this be a Blizzard Warning?
