I know it will be all doom and gloom and fire everybody mood here right now but I don’t share it.

To me the team was prepared today, we fought a tough battle vs very good team on the road. We were not dominated. We had another key injury in Bernard early + Hyde late, Josh made one big mistake (INT), they had one great defensive play (Kincaid fumble).

I actually liked our offense. Shakir and Kincaid showed progress again. We need to incorporate new players into defense and finally stop having bad luck with key injuries. And once the playoff comes, Von Miller makes that key stop on 3rd down with 2 mins to go.

I think we just hit rock bottom record wise. Now every game is just a fight for a playoffs spot, and if we get there, which I have no doubt about, we will be battle tested and in form.

    I believe in this team.

Prepared?  WTH game did you watch?  This team was woefully ill-prepared despite 10 days to be ready.  The defense was absolute swiss cheese and put them in a hole early and put all the pressure on the offense.

We area BADLY coached team.  Period.  This team is going NOWHERE under the current staff.  A regime turnover is desperately needed.

Burrow is a better qb than Josh. It might be coaching but he proves it every time we play them.

Zac Taylor is an infinitely better coach than McDummy.  Coaching matters.  The Bills are majorly deficient in the coaching ranks.

As for Allen vs Burrow, I would take Allen without blinking.  Give Allen a legit offensive head coach who can strategize around his strengths and he'll tear things up.  Instead, McDummy is just clueless how to maximize the value of his stud players.

  3. Just blow it up.  Please.  The regression since 13 seconds is just maddening. FIRE McDummy and Dorsey NOW, as in immediately post game.  We are NOT going anywhere but downwards under this staff, they're 2 1/2 seasons past their peak.  Watching the same crap week after week is maddening.  McD's "process" cannot and should not be trusted any further  6+ seasons and it's yielded sht.

Let an assistant take over for the rest of the season and then fire the rest of the staff and bring in an young, upcoming offensive mind.   Rebuild on the fly around Josh and Diggs.  Everybody else can go as far as I'm concerned.

Agreed.  that seems to be McD weakness is he tries forcing these guys to do things they cant

A good coach develops a scheme around the strength of the players available, a ***** one does what McDummy does.  Poor coaches force square pegs into round holes, and guess what the result is... the SHTSHOW we are witnessing.   Hell, McDummy even doubles down by neutering our superstar QB to slow down the offence and protect his weak, poorly coached defense.

I'm not afraid of failing with a new staff, because frankly, they are going NOWHERE with this staff and I'd rater be turning over every stone to bring in a bright offensive mind and play to the strengths of the 1 superstar we have, versus wasting more of Josh's prime years on this spiral downward with this crappy staff.

Would take a miracle to come back in this one. Bengals have our number.

Or maybe just maybe, we have one of the worst coaching staff's in the league.  McDummy has NO ANSWERS, just excuses.  Still pissed he wasn't fired after 13 seconds.  That was unforgivable and it's only been downhill with this team since.

  6. 3rd and 2 and you drop Josh back in a static pocket and the d-line bullrushes through out o-line like butter with little interference.

Why TF are they not rolling Josh out with a RPO?  Hell I might refuse to play for this coaching staff if I was Josh.  The stupidity on both sides of the ball is unreal.

  7. McDummy has no answers for the 3rd game in a row.  Unfortunately this is what I expected to see from this defense and coaching staff.  Really hope Josh can play lights out, but again, he starts under  pressure, with poor field position and down 7 after Cinci just ripped right through our defense, AGAIN..

I just don’t see any growth from him as a coach. I’m seeing similar mistakes and themes that keep holding this team back.

How dare you try to hold McDummy accountable for his lack of growth or any sort of improvement in his coaching game!

McDummy demands accountability from everyone but himself.  The man is a gutless coward as a coach  Still can't believe he got away with a fricken gag order on discussion of his F'up in the 13 seconds loss that should have led to his termination.  The Bills will not sniff a Super Bowl, much less win one as long as he remains head coach.
