Yes they get more chances to get it right, but not all draft picks workout, the Chiefs are not known for drafting great players, they got lucky with HIll & Kelce, but look at their most recent draft picks and how the faired.
Most of their talent came from FA signings.

I would have rushed 3 ED Harrison, Rousseau had 2 LB's (1 within 7 yards to shadow Mahomes other in coverage) and 4 DB (Neal would have been on Kelce as he has the size and speed) & 2 safeties.

I'm not understanding all this Mc Dermott hate. We had how many coaches between levy and Mc Dermott? 9 coaches including short term after firings
(Wade Phillips, Gregg Williams, Mike Mularkey, Dick Jauron, Perry Fewell*, Chan Gailey, Doug Marrone, Rex Ryan, Anthony Lynn* ) most of our seasons were done by Thanksgiving.
Please stop B*TCHING and enjoy this non retread coach who has made 3 playoff appearances in 4 years.

Andy Reid went to 4 Straight NFC Championship before he got into the SUPERBOWL and lost.

Instead of complaining about the coach, we should be happy and support a coach who that has giving the BILLS fans a good reason to support the team. Over the last 5 years. It took this team 17 years to find the correct coach.
Mc Dermott and Josh have gotten better every year. I BILLEVE Mc Dermott will continue to mature as a coach.

Yes! Our season is at a end, but the ending brings new beginnings.
I BILLEVE this is the start of a Dynasty.
I BILLEVE in Bean's drafting and as well as whatever moves he make or do not make in FA.
The players love McDermott and he will become a better coach.
Josh Allen will only get better.

I don't care who starts.
I'm happy we have two young promising corners. ( This is we call a good problem)
As we know injuries happen.
I trust whoever the staff selects as the starter.
