How so? He looks like just another guy in his highlights, more like a free agent or camp fodder than a fourth-round pick. Not fast, big, or elusive. Sort of a dulled-down Singletary. What are you (and the Bills) seeing that I'm not?

He’s faster than DS and just all around better TBH. And to go along with a good physical skill set he also runs with excellent patience and vision.

He should be a really good fit with Cook. He’s also sneaky good out of the back field as well which I haven’t seen mentioned here.

He’s a RB so the 2nd contract is taken off the table. Knowing that why would anyone care he’s 24?

The Bills spent their first pick in the draft on a WR and let Josh Allen have a say in the choice. How would that make him frustrated? I think he got tired of the drops and wanted a guy with good hands. I would have taken Mitchell, but then again I don’t have to coach or play with the guy.

This has been a process for me. Before the season ended, I wanted Coleman or Leggett because I wanted a big guy who catches almost the balls thrown his way. Then I started listening to you people, and I became a big Franklin guy. I was the all hyped for Worthy after the combine, but then I reconsidered. He almost certainly worked with track coaches for a month to get that time. It’s all in the start. I think it’s very telling that he declined doing any other drills. That’s because he didn’t train for them. When you watch him play, he’s fast but not Tyreek fast and he drops balls. So then, I was and still am a Ladd guy. But I guess I can’t complain because if you had told me back in January that the Bills would have drafted Coleman I would have been very happy. So I choose to be hopeful. At the very least he should go a long way in solving the red zone problems.

The Coleman hate is ridiculous but folks let their screens think for them so as soon as ESPN/social media decided trading with KC and them getting Worthy was a huge mistake they did too.

This was an excellent draft top to bottom. Coleman, Bishop, Davis, and SVP will all play and play a lot over the next few years.

I’ve been a Bills fan since 1991 even tho I’ve spent my entire life living in Ga. Love my Bills but can’t stand our message board fans. Every year I come here to check the pulse during/after the draft and every year it’s the same nonsense.

In a perfect world we land another WR (Franklin later as he continued to fall would’ve been my pick) but we had A LOT of needs

    What's not to like?

He had FIVE 1,000 yard rushers in his 3 year career. His stats look better than he played. They show him to be an elite college QB which wasn’t the case. He was a solid game manger that got his stud RB/OL into the right play.

I always respect and appreciate local knowledge on this board, but this seems like hyperbole.

He doesn’t have the arm to throw in that wind and he has really small hands. Asking him to play in those winters won’t work out well.

Overall I love our draft. I’ve been a die hard Bills fan since 1990. I just can’t imagine how anyone thought he’d be a good fit. He’s Barkley 2.0. He’ll help Allen tho. He has a ridiculously high football IQ. At the elite 11 he correct his coach on a play the 2nd day of practice. He learned the playbook in one day. He’s not great with post snap reads but he’s really good pre snap. That should help Allen I think.

Gee, you should figure this out.   Think about baseball.

Any pitcher can rear back and throw 15 mph above his usual fastball speed.    Nobody knows where the ball is going to go.

Throwing just for the radar gun is different than getting the ball to the reciever or dropping it over the LB and into the basket of the WR. You can NO throw that at 100 miles an hour.    If you look at the videos of this guy, he completes a lot of long passes.

As a Georgia alum I can’t stress enough how big of a disaster he’d be as our QB at new era field. But hey, if he gets to make a road start in a dome he could play well enough to win.

    Fromm is awful

Im a Georgia alum and season ticket holder. He’s not awful but he’s an awful fit in Buffalo. His arm isn’t good enough to play at new era field and he has really small hands. He could be a good back up for a dome or southern team but not here. Love our draft but that’s a bad pick.
