I also think they have to be one of, if not THE greatest team to not with the super bowl.
I hope no ex-players or fans have any pride in that. Losers lose etc.

Hmm, not sure I have a problem with the question. They've gone through the "process" to get Allen and build the team they want, and they are no better off...

Looks to be an average draft class at best for Beane and Co. Ford has been disappointing especially since Beane desperately wanted and moved up to get him.
Beane has to stop trading up for below average players.

We agree here. Let the kid play.
And if you have a HC saying the plan is no time out and his OC saying they called one, then McD and Daboll better sit down and work that stuff out.
It does sound like they are not on the same page. Maybe they disagree on how to develop Allen.

What was the issue for looking so incompetent in that situation?
I get the feeling the offensive coaches are babysitting Allen a bit too much.

Hyde is still sooo much more valuable than Poyer. He always lines guys up in the right spots and calls out plays
Hyde is smaller than Poyer and 10 x the tackler. Hyde isn't even a great tackler so that shows you how poor poyer is at it and it hurts out run D
Poyer is not built to be a run stopper. The D-Line is failing this team, the Oliver pick is not working.

While you may be right, a QB, also, can either be an OC killer or make the OC look like the smartest person in the building.
QB's are generally the one's making OC's look like dog****.

There is literally zero chance that Josh Allen gets benched due to performance. Zero. And rightfully so.
This I agree with. Allen is the starter until Pegula fires McDermott.

I see 8 wins max, not sure how anyone can be concerned about #10...

His pressers are about as useless as his game day decision making.

How many attempts of over 30 yards does Brady have the last two seasons?
He's 42 years old... Allen is supposedly in his prime athletically.

How can anyone think a QB who can't come close to hitting on a long throw will be a great QB some day?
I read that and almost fell out of my chair. Allen is not headed for greatness, far from it.

I’m scared that McD’s solution is retooling and adding. Soon, our entire roster will be all defensive lineman
If they can catch the ball maybe we can use them as TE's also?

Classic case of you don’t want to hear the truth so you find something to criticize. I get it
I can't even remember the 2011 Broncos, so I don't know much about the truth in the article. I just thought the grammar sucked.
12 minutes ago, Hapless Bills Fan said:The part that bothers me is the factual error "committing a costly turnover (fumbled in the red zone)"
A turnover by definition is where you turn the ball over to the other team.
If you fumble but retain possession (and score couple plays later) that is not a turnover. It's a fumble
I guess by his definition the Browns had a costly turnover (muffed punt) even though they retained possession? NOT.
Ah yes, I didn't catch that, but so true. Either he wants to make things seem more dire or he lacks attention to detail.

You’re welcome, indeed ENCOURAGED to seek another team to follow and cheer for.
That won't work. If the Bills left town I'd lose all interest in the NFL. So the only solution to the dilemma is for the Bills to become a good team, some way, some how.

He needs to do a better job proof reading his articles for grammatical errors before publishing

Lamar Jackson is better than Allen right now, his coach is letting him be Lamar. However, McDermott is not John Harbaugh, not even close, so I don't think "let Josh be Josh" will ever be a thing under McDermott.

I think Sammy Watkins would have gone a long way in making Josh Allen and the Bills O a better unit.
I don't see how, the player is hardly ever available.

We will probably lose. lol
I think teams smell blood in the water when playing the Bills as of late.

I think the worst thing is knowing that we're stuck with McDermott for a while and games like this will be very common during the remainder of his tenure.
-
LOL, how many years have we heard this? Just LOL. If you're always a year away, you're never in it...

Another declarative statement I see. That’s nice.
McD should sit down with Daboll tonight and make sure Singletary gets 20 touches a game minimum.
Yes, I'm declaring McDermott is very unlikely to change his talent evaluation process and game managment style significantly enough to make an impact. He will most likely be fired as the Bills coach never having changed much at all, still believing his way is the right way.
