It's not a coincidence that the two teams in the Super Bowl this year have the two best tight ends in the league (we can argue who THE BEST are) but, you get my point. We have needed a guy with this kind of talent for our O. Now, we need a Spiderman type #1 that can high point a ball, soon, and we'll be looking good. Might be able to get away without Spiderman if Kincaid really develops and the offensive scheme becomes in the league of the two offensive coaches in the Super Bowl.

Hunting analogy...
If you go hunting and you have a good shot...you TAKE IT...you might not get another one. If you hunt, you understand because you realize that the opportunity may not present itself again for a million different reasons. There's many a hunter who will get this analogy...I passed up X for Y and never ended up shooting anything.
The play was there, players didn't execute. This is what McD always leans towards but won't say. He always says it on the upside of everything but never on the downside because he protects his players. I'm not a McD apologist but I feel like he's grown as a coach. I believe the gameplan was correct and that the players left plays on the field (3 big drops/missed kick). If the players execute those plays do we win?. How many plays did the Chiefs leave on the field??

Eh, if it turns out that he committed physical acts of violence on her and the DA has solid evidence of such, which they appear to if they put a warrant out for his arrest, then Von might have some real trouble. Another factor is the pregnancy. Texas is a big right to life state and if the unborn child is injured or if the woman has a miscarriage because of the trauma and they can prove that these injuries caused it, he may have real big problems. A victim in a felony assault doesn't necessarily need to testify. The responding officers can certainly paint a damning picture and must have for them to put out a warrant. I'm not sure of the threshold of a felony assault in Texas, but this appears to have some weight. When you drive in to Texas all the signs don't say welcome, they say Don't Mess With Texas...there's a reason for that.

Not sure the narrative is "can't"...the narrative is "won't" because there are games where they needed to commit to it early and often with their ability to do it and it would have opened up the rest of the game. Last scoring drive of Dorsey's career, ironically, was dominated by it and the last game vs JETS it was a highlight that complemented or opened up everything else we were able to do. We've had the ability to ball control games and simply chose not to for some reason.
But, here we go, we have a stable of dudes that can run it with an oline that can block for them and the most athletic (dual threat) running QB in the league with a cannon arm and great accuracy. With a good offensive gameplan we are primed to make a run and be the team nobody wants to play down the stretch. We need to go set that tone and get this thing done! Go Bills!

All of the above comments capture the efficiency and rhythm we saw yesterday in the offense, which was lacking. A couple of specific things that I saw were a commitment to the run game again and Allen under center, both huge positives. Something else that has been lacking but that we saw yesterday was the use of our backs and even Kincaid at times in the backfield running routes downfield to the flats and beating linebackers to spots. Way less of the check down out to the flat and more positive yard checks to guys DOWNFIELD in the flats, or good reads by the backs to fill the space in the middle of the field vacated by linebackers who ran out to the flats. These are very basic offensive principles that have been lacking and they paid off big time against a very good defense that was taking away our number 1 and 2 receivers effectively. The 4th and 2 TD to Johnson was as basic a football play as there is but it was executed perfectly by Allen and was a GREAT call in that situation. Nice job Buffalo!

I didn't say it didn't happen all the time and there's a complete expectation on my part that it does happen...for a tradeoff. Usually I get something out of the deal. In the case of pot and abortions I don't get anything but hassled. I've never had an abortion or had to deal with that in my life but I fully understand it's not my business...AT ALL...and it certainly isn't the government's...although I do appreciate and understand your point about the insurance costs. But, we all pay for people's decisions through insurance, that's kind of the idea of insurance.
As far as the other...I haven't smoked pot in 20 years. I have two different professional positions that put me in random drug testing pools and I won't take the chance. That doesn't mean I believe that my tax money should be spent on the enforcement of a ban on a plant...really?? Processed hard drugs, that's a different conversation. This place (this board) is funny. I believe that the federal gov't should stay out of marijuana laws and everyone thinks I'm "high" or a "pot toking hippie"...I wish.

That works for the pot thing, but it doesn't work for abortion. All of your examples reference a tradeoff. Wanna make money in a society protected by the largest most capable military the world has ever known? Pay taxes. Wanna employ people and not have to pay for their injuries caused in your lucrative workplace in said society? Pay taxes and buy insurance. Want to build in a civilized society? Get a permit/variance etc...You get the idea...want to do "THIS"...then do "THIS". How does what happens in some woman's personal life fit into that narrative?
Is your point...if you wanna live in this country, don't do what this shrinking segment of American moralists think you shouldn't do? Doesn't fit for me.
I can grow pot, smoke it AND go get my wife an abortion from a medical provider without any additional tradeoffs. I pay for my medical insurance (tradeoff) and I own and pay taxes on my own property (tradeoff). I already did the societal tradeoff part. Quit f-ing with me already. If you want to make it "safer" and "tax" it, well, that's how America makes money, I get it. To tell me it's "illegal" because you "believe" it should be.............eh

I've never seen that. The biggest challenge for young teachers is generally classroom management.
The slow painful death of public education seems to be occurring and it is being sped up by the politicization of literally everything. Teachers should absolutely steer clear of influencing children of all ages in the political realm. It is a bedrock of good teaching to facilitate discussion, not to indoctrinate students with political, ideological or religious beliefs. The trick is to be able to talk about those subjects in the realm of an objective educational setting, which is becoming increasingly difficult. As the teaching profession becomes more of a "job", that is to say lower pay, hourly wage babysitting, these standards are eroding...no wonder.
The family unit is under a lot of stress from economic, technological and sociological dynamics, combined with the cumulative effects of Covid, this has put kids under a lot of stress. Public schools, IMO, are one of our greatest resources we possess as a country. If we don't preserve public education, there will be millions of kids deprived of not only an education but a safe place to have a meal, interact with peers, connect with supportive adults, and to see a truly accessible route to real success in their lives. Lots of kids don't have much, public schools offer them a lot. Public schools are far from perfect and we should demand that they are objective, open, fair and connected to the wants and needs of the community they serve. That is not to say that communities can make irrational, uniformed and politically motivated demands of schools which they don't know much about.
Ask yourself as a professional, parent or tax paying member of a community what your connection is to your local school. If the answer is "not much", then that's part of the growing problem. Far too many people don't know the first thing about their local schools, the laws that govern them, the challenges those schools face, or the great things that happen on a daily basis on the school grounds. Go find out.

It’s all secondary to the 1st world country you live in with established rule of law, a high functioning infrastructure and the safety and security afforded you by the most powerful military the world has ever seen.
I realize your hard work and good family played important roles but people who live in other places not so fortunate have that too but are still unable to succeed as you have. That is my point.-

Seems that the Bills feel like Kincaid might be a "generational" type talent and an immediate impact player. He looks to be a really impressive offensive weapon. The only hesitation I share with many on here is the ability of Dorsey to scheme an offense that consistently exposes another team's defensive holes.
Kincaid's hands look GREAT!

I disagree if your position is that America has no vital interest in Europe. Ukraine is a country in flux (politically, economically, socially). There is a war there for a reason. It is also a barrier between one of our big three rivals and NATO. No argument that our biggest threat is China. That is clear. However, Russia is a close number two and operates in a different, but not less effective manner than China. In the end, I feel for the Russian people in this scenario. They are being used brutally by a criminal dictator. I cannot imagine what would happen to Ukrainian citizens without our support. The crying here reflects no perception of reality IMO.
