I bet Allen averages about 350 a game next year.

You have to ask yourself, is McDumbass the guy you want in charge of Josh Allen’s future?
This coaching staff went 9-7 first year and spent this offseason making the D top 10 in the league, got rid of all kinds of dumb contracts to set us up for next offseason to spend on the O and you want him gone? We got our hopefully franchise QB and a young stud LB but that’s not good enough. We lost 3 lineman and two were not his fault. Give these guys a break. When we traded for KB last year we all thought it was the greatest thing and no cause he sucks that their fault? Sometimes you have to do things the hard way to set yourself up for success down the road.

Why do people think since we have all that cap space it will turn this team around?
Because it takes money to bring in good quality players.

He's a devout Christian
I don’t think his faith has too much to do with it. He is a 5th round pick that is cheap and is a backup. Probably won’t be active once Anderson is up to speed.

Seriously how the !@#$ did we not take this guy?
This guy is !@#$ing sensational and might be the best quarterback in the league for YEARS to come.
Not taking him is absolutely inexcusable and someone needs to be fired for this epic mistake.
Sorry but this is dumb. How about we go ahead and list all the players that the bills passed on that turned out to be superstars or really good. Oh don’t forget to mention the other teams that also passed on superstars. Ya it would have been nice to grab him and not given up picks, but until you see what he can do with a terrible O-line and recovers like we have it’s a moo point.

This morning, I had a conversation with a Bills Executive, who wishes to remain anonymous. This was his thought on the game and general status of the team.
“Allen showed composure. I like some of the movement under Dabol.
The free agents, o-line and peterman are a waste.
Tampa 2,3 zone 8 yards back made Flacco look like Montana. This is what happens when a insecurity replaces judgement in turning over roster.
Darby for Jordan Matthews. Marcel for a 5th, Watkins, Tyrod and Glenn for picks never selected. Coleman cut Even Benjamin for a third looked like a bust.
Let's just hope I am overreacting and next week we rebound against a team flying west to east. Last night, on a podcast, Mel Kiper predicted the Bills to have the worst record in football, losing their first 8. Let's hope not.
There is no plan for Allen, however, will now remain the starter”
We got picks for all those guys and that turned out to be Edmunds and Allen!

Since he is the starting QB of the Buffalo Bills, I want Peterman to play lime the second coming or Rodgers. Again, how is this even a question?
Really we all want peterman to do great, however if there was the option for this year to get the 1st pick or limp into the playoffs which would you want. I would take the 1st pick in a heart beat only because our schedule is brutal.

The question was would you rather make the playoffs or have the 1st overall pick. One choice represents success, one failure. My preference is we win games. Not lose games. This team is not bad enough to pick 1st overall, don't believe the hype. THe only way we pick 1st overall is if we tanked or traded up.
EDIT: we have no need to trade up to 1st overall.
You can have 3-4 wins and still get top pick just sayin.

I absolutely hate the loser mentality that some people have. It's gross!
It’s not a looser mentality. The Bills are projected to get like 3 wins this year. Their schedule is brutal. I’m simply implying that with the choice you could take the 1st pick and do a lot with it rather than pick middle of the crowd and limp into the playoffs. If we didn’t have such a bad schedule I would rethink it. It’s like asking yourself would you like to see peterman successful or be dreadful and get the Allen era started.

Would you rather have the Bills make the playoffs again this year or get the 1st pick in the draft?

I think people need to realize that money plays a factor in keeping Holmes and the fact he is a vet. Idk why people are loosing their minds about a UDFA in B. Reily. He was undrafted for a reason. Is there a possibility that maybe Zay can live up to his 2nd round tag? Is it possible that they see foster with more upside than Reily? Is it possible that Rod Streater just isn’t that good? We have to believe that the organization knows what they are doing. Also, maybe having a QB in peterman can get the ball to receivers. All in all trust the process.

On the bright side, our D looks solid. Not giving up more than 30 pts the whole year? Wow .

Mason Rudolph would have been better than Allen by September and likely his whole career.
That’s weird, I didn’t hear Rudolph’s name last night. Did you? For him being so much better I would have figured he would be a 1st round pick.
-
I think trading down would be great. They are practically drafting in the 4th round anyways with that pick, why not see if we can get an extra 4th and 6th? If one of the top WR somehow falls, then yes WR is the way to go.
-
what happens if he and Rosen are gone at 12? Now what? Then the bills would definitely be hurting. This way, they assured themselves a future QB.

Sorry about that, can you tell me what pages those other 5 threads are on?

Well, I was going for like who goes where. Like is it better for the browns to take mayfield or Darnold? Basically how do we want the first 4 picks to go and what is the worst case. Sorry for the confusion.
-
What is a realistic best and worst case scenario to get a top QB?
-
Honestly it doesn’t matter what we do. If we trade the farm for a guy and he doesn’t work out, and we could have had one or maybe 2 guys by standing pat that would be a disaster. If we reach for Rudolph that’s a bad call, if the patriots take him with their pick then it’s a genius grab. If we didn’t have such a brutal schedule coming up I’d say trade whatever and get who we want. We will most likely be picking too 10 next year anyways. If we trade the farm for a guy and he sits, then what’s the big deal with not trading and taking a chance on someone later and fill the many holes we have this year?
-
Ok thanks for feed back.

Sorry for making this a repeated thread. I just really feel that no matter what happens, we as a fan base will not be happy with who they get. I kinda hope they get someone that nobody is talking about, then out of nowhere becomes fantastic. I honestly have no clue on what to think of him other than what the so called experts say.
-
We does everyone hate the idea of Josh Allen to Buffalo, but all these experts think differently. There is a reason he could go number, but I can’t see what all the hate is for?
Do you think Robert Foster can develop to into a #1 receiver?

Maybe not 350, but I 300 is a real possibility. How many more yards would he have if his receivers actually caught his passes? There was about 5 that went right through hands yesterday alone.
