In between admiring these artworks of exculpatory prose, it almost pains me to point out two things:

    1) That's Araiza's lawyer.  He's paid to defend Araiza and present him as not guilty/minimize his involvement

    2) It has happened before that, if asked to swear that their friend/teammate is a banana, friends and teammates would so swear.  Does not make Matt Araiza a banana because his friends and teammates say so.

    1. So your saying hes  guilty and is paying a lawyer to cover up his involvement.  How about he's 100% not guilty and hired a lawyer to protect him.

    2. I like bannas.

Some info from MAs criminal defense attorney. Not much that hasn't already been said in this thread, but perhaps some additional clarification regarding his defense.

This is the kind of info we should have waited for. Instead of 278 pages of nonsense, bull####. From random online know it alls, garbage reports, from pieced together garbage headlines.  I dont know what will happen with Matt, but instantly saying hes guilty, and saying he had sex with a 17 year, "oh hes done", "his life is over" "what a scumbag" ive even read someone call him a "creeper" as if he preyed on young girls or something.  Bunch of high horse riding, church goers who hide their past behind a computer screen.

This lawyer made a few statements that should make alot of you embarassed and rethink your Bedroom law degrees! Passing on judgement on people and topics

    you know nothing about.

I want to hear from Kim Pegula… Brandon Beane… and Sean McDermott… Speak up…

This is Unbelievable. 143 pages of bickering nonsense.  NONE of those 3 people, are the Lawyers, DA, Victim nor were they there the day this supposedly happened.

They are going to wait to see what happens next before action... They dont need to "speak up" because some entilted fans think they do.

People saying cut him already and dont know anything at ALL.

How about you guys get fired immediately for being convicted based on peoples opinion online or rumors.. I'm pretty sure you would want to be innocent until proven guilty..

  4. Continuity? Yeah thats something.  Josh Allen endorsed him, Ok they like each other.  If I had a friend or someone I was close with I want to work with him too.

I'm fine with promotions from within the organization.  But continuity and Allen likes him mean Nothing game time!!

If the bills are facing a defense thats giving us trouble, Will Dorsey be able to scheme around that and make on the spot changes?? Is Dorsey a creative thinker as far as Xs and Os?  I'm not talking trick plays and wild cat.  I'm assuming hes going to have his own complete new playbook??

I guess its a gamble either way, but I dont want our offense to drop off because were giving a first timer a shot.

I was a little bummed that McD brought up Belichick in the post-game last time.  I was concerned that he was like Rex.  I thought BB was too in his head, and that it wouldn't bode well for future match-ups.

McD really proved me wrong today.  He came in w/ the plan needed to win this game, and both he & Daboll were outstanding.  I loved how aggressive they were today - it made the difference. He did the out-coaching this time around.

I forgot when in the game I saw it, but the camera showed Mcdermott  looking at printed video shots and analyzing them.  Is if he was ready to make in game decisions and changes based on what the pats were doing.  I never seen him do that (I may be wrong), I'm so used to seeing him, pacing, looking out on the field or clapping. lol

When I saw him looking at those photos, all I can think of is he's making extra sure not to miss anything and to make sure we win. It was kind of cool to see, that hes not just going with the designed game plan and willing to find any help or hole in the pats game plan.

Its something I usually see BB, doing by looking at pics and marking or writing on them..

  6. I'm sure most wont care. But I came across this Emmitt Smith interview on Dr Phils  "Phil in the Blanks" on youtube.  I watched just to see if anything about the Bills

was mentioned, and they were brought up. The whole interview was pretty cool or you can start at 48:00.

I dont remember about the rumors back then. But it looks like the Bills wanted to bring Emmitt in to help Willis..

Interesting. Long term at the Ralph? Training camp there?

I was thinking the same. At this point if a new stadium DOES get built downtown, theyre not going to have the real-estate to have a stadium, training facility and also parking for fans!

I love "The Ralph" and have no problem with it. But this does leave us wondering if they are investing to stay there, or investing in becoming a bills training /community use facility.

And leaving Rochester I think has ZERO affect for their bills fans. Seriously, a Rochester Bills fan will stop supporting a team or feel alienated because  they dont come practice in their city anymore?  Bills dont practice in canada or Syracuse and still have fans coming to support their favorite team.  The only people who will be affected the most are the school and local businesses maybe.

I know we all hate Rex Ryan now, but I read his book a while back and one of the interesting things he said in it is that it is very difficult for a football team to be successful when there is a guy between the football guys and the owners...because that guy has the owner's ear and will likely play both sides.  When **** hits the fan, he will be protecting himself.  He had a point.

Sounds like he was the reason Marrone left.  How do you have a coach whos turning things around, brings in 2 great Def coordinators, Owners like him. And then just walks away.

Russ jumping for joy when the move  for watkins  was made. Was proof, his weasel ass was in decisions and opened his mouth when he shouldnt have.

Its sucks it took this long but im glad they made the decision.

so because 4 games exist with garrpoloplol playing QB he's amazing?

the bills have a ton of needs across the team, including WR and OL

but the LB's are terrible - not a single one of them is NFL calibre.  and our DL is in shambles - Dareus wouldn't have made much of a difference

If he stayed with the pats after Brady retired and did great I probably would have thought he's in a great system with belchick.  But he was traded to a BAD team, new offense, new coach new play book and is performing VERY WELL. He might or might not turn out to be another Brady.  But holy ****.  Tyrod sat behind Flacco for 5 yrs and started 3 yrs with NO improvment.

    This Experiment Is Over.

I know there is needs on this team, but just insert a jimmy with us with!

  10. Forget him learning anything or changing. We've seen everything he can do. Let tyrod go piss some other fan base off.

I've been reading 49ers comments, on how a qb just added  is making a huge impact and has won 4 in a row, and how they don't have to take a gamble on a qb in the draft. And they're all excite.

    Jimmy G is playing great.

And to think Tyrod taylor has fans backing him. And blaming coaches for his suck ass performances. ZERO TDs vs pats this year. Tyrod gave us no chance to win.

Weapons, coaches, pass plays are not the issue.. Tyrod is.

  11. Murphys  main points were clays dropped  pass and the defense broke down. . Tyrod did NOTHING the whole 2nd half and this slob who will cannot say "Tyrod did not play well" if his life depended on it.

Does he not know, the defense has the only td, that they kept us in the game and it seemed like they were on the field the whole 2nd half??

I dont know how anyone can defend  tyrod as "good enough" or "Average". I cant wait til the season ends and we get the breaking news and that hes gone.

    Wrong!!!! Man, you are displaced!!!!

Win or lose, how does that crow taste?

I hope this good 1st half doesn't turn into tyrod is a great qb and could be our future.  1 good half does not make up for the past ****ty games this yr.  He's still below average, 2nd half still to play and I can't wait to move on.

To bad he wont do this to the Pats next wk.

  13. Cutler at 181 passing yds so far.  That's the kind of numbers we need out of ****ty tyrod to have a chance against the pats. It was 9-3 at half time and he did nothing to help. Pure trash excuse for a qb.

I can't wait till hes gone.

If we get these dolphins, all we can hope for is a big game from shady

    And big stops from defense.

  14. It would be cool if there was some kind of radiant heat under the turf with proper sized drains on the side lines. But today was awful to watch. Snow during a game is nice, it looks nice falling, but 12" on the field is a bit much and watching a white out on tv sucked as well.  . I was never for a dome, but in a game like this it would be nice.

And since when do the bills not have some plows and roating brushes to clean the field? I thought for sure at half time they would be clearing the field.

  15. This is tough to watch.  At least take time after each qtr to plow the field. I was exciTed to see if Peterman improves from his first start,  seeing what Kelvin can do with Peterman or even reiley.

I understand it could be an advantage and its fun. But i don't like this, this is a game we need and I don't see ANY advantage.

I can. Chargers said they saw it all in preseason and gameplanned from that. Peterman can't handle pressure. And he threw 5 INTs in a half.

Imagine if the Bills miss out on the playoffs by 1 game. McD literally will have caused the drought to continue.

So Petermans  1 bad game would cause the drought to continue, but Tyrods amazing 56 yd passing game wouldnt? What about his other trash passing games where the defense and run game had to bail him out?? Theres no  guarantee Tyrod beats the Chargers anyway.

Sean was asked , what did going back to tyrod do for the offense?  His response was "overall Today,  Today  we played good team offense, we ran the ball well  and tyrod used his feet, theres were some good things and it wasnt just 1 guy"

Him making a point of saying Today twice and not  directly speaking about tyrod, sounds he doesnt care anymore either.

Im not judging peterman off a half a game performance like other people. But whether he becomes our starter or gets cut I dont care, im just done with Tyrod.

I think you have things mixed up. It's much more likely that Peterman will be another Fitz because of his limited physical skills in combination with a gunslinger mentality that causes soul crushing interceptions due to boneheaded decisions.  He's a career backup type.

U Could be right! Peterman could be a bust. It wouldn't be right to judge of a bad 1st half.  We gave a 4 yr  pro back up a starting job for 2.5 seasons and still  not our future. We've seen his ceiling.  I'm sure if Peterman did great,  tyrod fans would be jumping ship to Peterman real quick. I'm not expecting a 6th rd Brady clone, but more of a surprise dak prescott type.
