So, Beane dropped out... Never made AB an offer... Makes it either Pittsburgh wanted too much in return... or Beane decided after his due diligence AB was not a good fit to the Bills organization... I think the latter... and I applaud Beane... AB is an infectious disease...

McCoy has great football instincts and good hands... If he gets good blocking, he can still run between the tackles to make his dekes for long runs... If he still has the desire to play and can keep focused... the last years of his career can be in Buffalo...

Penalties are part of the game... Stupid penalties are not... Refs are human... They have biases... Teams like the Bills with a reputation for penalties do get a closer look from referees... It is up to McDermott, the coaching staff, the captains and the players to rid themselves of this self-defeating behavior... Carrots and sticks discipline and rewards... Purge the roster of those unable to play “stupid penalty” free football...

Hopefully Zay and Foster continue to develop alongside Allen and I could definitely see us making a playoff push. Bell gets a 4 year deal, his contract would be up around the same time Josh Allen's is, so no conflict there. Definitely think offense would not be a problem anymore.

Dareus is lazy... Not committed to excellence and developing his awesome talent... He had the benefit of an example and potential mentor in Bruce Smith, but he failed to mature... Bills made the right call... The Bills are building a roster of committed professionals...

With the start this season and the injuries, the Bills are looking at another rebuild year... Disappointed in Beane not finding a place to trade Shady McCoy... He has been an all in performer for the team since he arrived... At 30, this future HoF back deserves to end his career with a contender and a shot at the Super Bowl...

The tell for me about Nate Peterman’s failure so far... is he expressed no appropriate emotion... He should have been angry at himself in that interview... not nonplused and unperturbed... I’m all for faith... but he needs to look in the mirror... and take some responsibility...
