Interesting analysis but too many variables to really be accurate imo. Way different if this was a player for example

What about coaches before and after free agency?  Would Knoll and Shula have won as many Super Bowls if there was free agency?  There might have been a couple of other coaches who would have won one instead of Knoll’s 4 and Shula’s 2.

I think an event like this is a super random event,  I wouldn't be against the team having an emergency snow mobile drivers list to call on if needed for the vicinity of Orchard Park.  But to house an emergency force themselves? Cost vs benefit ration Im thinking nah.

But also you are not going to be able to take the "good neighbors" out of Buffalonians. It is who they are.

I don't know who Squirrel Winters' is but I take it hometown hero. I love that 🙂

And where do you park this fleet of plows that is far enough away that it doesn’t get buried in 6 feet of snow but can get there despite driving bans and 6 feet of snow.

In a league where 70% of players would be considered minority, the coaching ranks don’t match that. Especially on the offensive side of the ball where most NFL Head Coaching jobs are coming from nowadays.

If anything this is trying to fix an artificial disparity between coaching and players that already exists. As far as whether minority people want to apply for a job, I’m sure teams can find one of thousands of retired players who would be willing to take a job in a coaching staff.

Whether this works is one thing, but I don’t think it’s a bad idea to try this.

I agree that it’s worth a try. Maybe we would find out that more qualified minorities would apply for coaching jobs if they felt they had a real chance to be hired.

I'll never understand why this stuff makes people angry. If you get upset over this you're part of the problem. I've never been someone that felt racism was a problem in today's America because I never experienced it. Then I see how people react to those who stand up against it and now I understand.

I agree 100% and find people’s negative reactions embarrassing.

LOL. You realize that a PSU alum is the reason you’re not posting this on the Las Vegas Bills message board...

Yes , so what?  I appreciate what the Pegula’s have done. I now live in central Pa and know that not all alumni believe Saint Joe and the university can do no wrong.  Hilarious how the police never find what independent investigators can and fans always think it’s jealousy or a conspiracy.

well you didn’t let your screen name down.

Maybe the university police, state police, and student committee were too busy investigating the February 2017 hazing death at the Beta Theda Pi fraternity to do a proper investigation!  Maybe they decided  they dIdn’t need another Penn State scandal to contend with. Three frat brothers were sentenced to jail time in April 2019.  Investigate and find nothing seems to be the Penn State “process”.
