So everything I’ve been told is they are only classifying sections by account reps. But the seniority in the clubs as a whole is what will determine when you get the call. Don’t believe it’s specific to section. I asked you about “comparable” because you brought it up in regards to seats you would have to take in the new stadium. Did they specifically tell you that you could only choose seats in the section that would be most like yours now in the new stadium? Or did you get the idea that you can move to a different section in the process.

I honestly think there will be "sone" ability to move sections during this process just based on the fact that there will be areas in the new stadium that gave seats where there weren't any before.my guess is if they allowed you to move, you could only move around in the same level but not change levels...

Just for clarity, are you current seats considered to be "club seats?"  I'm trying see if all the seats in the new middle sections that overhang each other are going to be considered club seats, or if regular seat season ticket holders have a shot at them.

My seats are not considered "club " seats.  Just club level.

I assume regular season ticket holders will be able to purchase club seats, if there are any left, on a first come, first served basis because anybody that currently has club seats would have already had their chance.  I hope that makes sense...

Did they say what “comparable” meant? Do you have to choose club level seats. Covered seats. Price range? Etc. And what is your club seniority for reference.

    thanks

Not sure exactly what was meant by "comparable". But it's my belief that they are starting with suite holders then club holders, then club level seats.  If my understanding is correct, they are starting at midfield and working towards the back of the end zones...I'm at 15 years in my section so I'll probably be called fairly early when my se tion comes up...

  4. Just got off the phone with my new stadium rep.

62,000 seats PLUS a standing room only section under the video board which, if memory serves be right, can hold up to an ADDITIONAL 5000 people.  We aren't losing nearly the number if seats people claim.

I'm currently in 226 and, yes, I have to get something comparable in the new stadium. FWIW all of the 300, 200 are impacted by the canopy, as well as some of the 100s.  Sounds like the pictures don't do that thing justice.

Just to give everyone an idea of a timeline, my date, as a club level ticket holder, will probably be in 4 or 5 months, so this will take some time, but I have a feeling it will be well worth it.

With all due respect, it would be nice to see all sorts of financials from billion $ industries and individuals. But that’s not for us lowly people.  We just live in this world, they control it.  We don’t see price breakdowns from simple government funded projects, no way we’d ever see something here.

I had several friends text me, astonished how good the field and stadium looked. I think they did an admirable job!   Now… I wasn’t in the stands and didn’t have to wade through a couple feet of snow to clear a seat. But when the snow stops less than 12hrs from kickoff, there’s only so much that can be done.  I still say they did an awesome job in every way to pull that game off.

The city, the team and the people of western New York are the standard for all other cold weather teams!

Agreed, and perhaps in contrast to my statement above, I think the team should just do more to game plan for the weather.  Better planning, year in and year out with bus schedules clearly posted and set for every game so that just becomes a routine for some.  They also need a means to more easily clear snow from the seats?  Heaters throughout the stands?  There’s plenty of ideas to toss out.  But, it seems apparent that they should build some sort of plan into handling snow and fan access to and from the stadium into the new stadium.

Most, if but all cold weather teams have fans shovel out the stadium and if guess off without a hitch.  Unfortunately, the snow didn't end untill a few hours before kickoff and there was this pesky travel ban in place so almost nobody could get to the stadium...it was a number of things all coming together at once that caused what happened in the stadium yesterday.

In my section, at least, everyone pitched in to clear the snow as we came in.

Also, that was a lot of snow, with a lot of moisture.  Melting all of that would have caused huge puddles if water.  Not only is that the worst for keeping feet warm, but in temps like we had yesterday, the stadium would have become a skating rink for drunk people which, while fun to watch, is a huge liability for the Bills...

  6.   Right now, we are a game out of first place in our division.  I'll say it as simply as I can...beat the Dolphins week 18 and we HOST a playoff game.  I'm not giving up on this year yet, and neither should you.

  7. I wasn't there, but I recall hearing that many people never made it to their seats because traffic was an absolute nightmare.

On a side note, I miss the old, 80,000 seat configuration.  I used to sit in the upper deck and be able to go to the bathroom AND grab an (actually hot) hot dog with time to spare during halftime..  try doing that now after all the "improvements over the years...
