Rodak: "Brandon Reilly is joining the Bills' practice squad, a source said. Cleared waivers earlier Sunday."
Good add. I liked what he showed in pre-season and camp.

I was surprised Bryan Cox wasn't on Miami's list...maybe it was just Bills fans.

A couple things about that article.
That Steelers game in the snow in Buffalo convinced me that we were ready to move on from the Rex regime. I've been watching our Bills a long time, and never was I more let down about the fact that our team got pushed around so badly in that weather. I mean, that's OUR weather. That's our home field advantage. Instead, some of our players (not all) looked like they had never seen the stuff before. So, the things that our former players said about moving indoors when the weather turned lousy certainly showed up to me in that game in particular.
Now moving on to today, I'm very optimistic that our new coach is so detail oriented. I'm thinking he won't let the small details that that Boston Globe article talks about go by the wayside for an easier life for himself or the players. At least this is what we've been presented so far. We haven't played a down yet...but I like what I'm seeing so far. I'm liking the discipline and detail. Heck, they even got Dareus out there sweating in OTA.
Like I said, lets see how it plays out. But so far, I'm optimistic about the future with McDermott and Beane running things. Lets hope to a long regime where a detail oriented and winning philosophy can become ingrained into the culture and we can go back to owning the division for a while.

It was actually TT that informed Shady that Maclin had been cut, and to get on the phone to recruit him. That's interesting....
Sounds like it would be a good boost to team chemistry if the front office brought in a guy the players are trying to get. Very exciting stuff.

Just seen the McCoy recruiting Maclin stuff, and seen that BF insider Twitter account said a deal could get done. They're usually pretty reliable. Hopefully this is one of those times!! I'm excited now. Trying not to get my hopes up though (too late... lol).
Our WR depth chart would look great with Maclin added to it. I think he could be a huge veteran presence in that room too. That's a guy every receiver in that WR room could learn from (and look up to). The Bills have really needed a guy like him for quite some time IMO. This would be such a great signing. I'm very happy the Bills seem to be showing heavy interest in him. It'd be a smart move (again IMO)
We sign Maclin and all the sudden our WR position looks like more of a strength than a weakness.
Please get this done OBD! As long as the price is reasonable that is.
I've already got my hopes up too. Like you and others have stated, what an addition to the WR corp that would be. C'mon Mr. Beane, get it done please!

Should Al Riveron be investigated?

What do Austin Seferian-Jenkins, Jesse James, and Kelvin Benjamin all have in common? Has something to do with Al Riveron and a certain team from the Boston area.
