  1. We have a very good backup qb starting. We are still looking for the franchise qb we have need sence Jimbo retired. We have a very good defence. Our Oline is coming togetherr. Good running game. Good wr if we only had a qb that could throw it to them. That is what's holding this team back. No qb. Can't wait for the next coming of Jimbo. If we had a qb that could play we would be 3-0

  2. Bills don't have the balls to cut these overpriced vets; thats why the patriots steelers colts eagles and giants are succesful you have 6 or 7 stars a couple aging free agents and young players who are hungry! Schobel and kelsey should be gone! You have young hungry players ready to take their place get them the hell out of here! Stupar and Bryan will be productive pros for somebody else ala Jim Leonard, Antoine Winfield, Jason Peters.

  3. I'll defend RW a little.

A few years ago I thought RW made a brilliant move--he went out and hired a guy with a track record of success and gave him total control of the franchise (Tom Donahoe). TD put us back on track cap-wise, put together a few above-average drafts, hired a rising star as a head coach, and sold a boat-load of tickets.

Once nothing really worked out with TD, I think RW felt burned and re-exerted control.

AND I STILL WISH TD WAS HERE IT WAS ATLEAST ALITTLE BETTER WHEN HE WAS RUNNING THE SHOW NOW ITS DAMN RIGHT BORING. HE GOT US PLAYERS. BUT COULDN'T CHOOSE A COACH. NOW WE GOT NO PLAYERS AND NO COACH

  4. Watch some of the early 1st half action. Wood gets deposited in Trent's lap on a couple plays by the Steelers backup DT. I still think you let Bell grow at LT and keep Levitre on the bench and not have 5 new starters - that's just a recipe for disaster. I'll know the coaching staff is getting desperate enough when they pull the trigger and put Bell on the 1st string, dump Kelsay and take chances with Harris and Byrd and Stupar. At least I'll have some hope for the future. Right now this team looks as unwatchable as any I have ever seen (and I'm counting the strike years.)

I still don't understand why this team didn't hire a 3-4 consultant - or at least an experienced backup QB who played against multiple defenses in the offseason to try and address this team's ridiculous inability to compete against. It's like "we know Trent has to figure things out" but jeez, at least try to help the guy. What is AVP doing?

Glad I'm not paying for Sunday ticket this year ... don't need another miserable way to end my weekend.

    RALPH WILSON IS CHEAP

  5. After the game last night local station '97 Rock (which broadcasts the Bills game and are usually pretty team friendly) interviewed Dominic Rhodes. He stated "we were outplayed in every phase of the game including intensity".

I give him high marks for being so honest. I also wonder if he wouldn't mind being cut by the Bills so he could play with a play-off contender. Obviously he sees what is wrong in Buffalo. Some professionals will take a cut in pay to be part of a talented roster and well coached team. He might be one ?

    GO BILLS!

AND TO THINK HE PLAYED IN OAKLAND WHEN IT'S ALL MESSED UP. WE REALLY MUST BE
