Agree, no way we pay elite money for a slightly above average QB.  If I had to take a guess where Cousins winds up, I'd say he stays in Washington; they don't have anyone else waiting in the wings and he's a known quantity.  Funny thing is, Scott McGloughn (ex GM who got fired last spring) wanted to extend Cousins two years ago; Danny and Bruce Allen were waffling over the decision, so it never got done.

I didnt know that was the story. He plays well when he has weapons at wr and te.

I know many people worshiped Wyo, but she was the ringleader that started the downfall. Her "good intentions" got the ball rolling.

It started in the cesspool of the politics subforum. It was ignored by the mods (or given free reign) until one of the Mod's pals (Dennis) did some really bad things that got him reported. In response the Mods banned the posters who reported their friend. This caused a revolution that got that sub-forum banned.

The remaining members, understandably, protested which led to more "rules" to stifle speech. WYO made her famous, "Don't post anything argumentative" rant. And told everyone to find another site. Jayhawk felt compelled to defend the mods and got even more brutally hard handed. Many left. and the "but" was no more.

After the purge, the Mods turned their attention to the football side. Their power assured, they implemented the same stifling rules to "make their jobs easier" ; No criticizing mods. No talk about the owners. Nothing mentioning anything about women (which was even enforced when the Bills had the first woman coordinator)... the rules list went on, and kept getting longer, and murkier.

People retaliated by trolling. Bans were handed out. More trolling in response to the mod's stranglehold, it drove the traffic numbers down to dozens, until it was an easy decision to shut the place down.

That was a really cool breakdown.

I could picture it being read in epic movie talk by gandalf or some sht.

    Refugees and renegade trolls. Awesome.

3 different OC and 2 different HC...

The difference is the last HC wanted Tyrod all the way back to when he was with the Jets, so he was invested. The new guys just want a reason to sell benching him for good.

Why would a head coach come in and run the same offense and same defense as the last HC who was fired?  Clearly something isn't working if you get fired.  He traded away one weapon and Sammy was going into the final year of his contract most likely to leave in free agency like Woods did.  This regime brought in two young veterans who have had 1,000 yard seasons or close to it in the past to accompany the 2nd round rookie in Zay Jones who is gradually improving as the year goes on.

The new blocking scheme is what they are going to run moving forward.  Don't switch to it next year so the young guys will have to learn yet another system.

They have a winning record going into December. Does that sound like they are trying to lose as many games as possible?

The coaching staff is gonna do things their way, just like all the other coaches in the NFL do.  This regime is less than a year in...

Youre wrong The last OC got a promotion to a HC in LA. Rex got fired for his defense and the cap to how far they were as a team. With Whaleys "were all in" campaign

I think the Jags defense could give Tyrod fits. It would be like a repeat of the Jets game, especially if we are missing Cordy. I too think the 5 first half turnovers made the Chargers game FAR worse than it would have been and that we could beat them. For me, it's the Jags.

We beat them last year. Its one of taylors 3 comeback games.

That TD would only have Tied the game and Brady would have gotten the ball back again. You doubt he wouldn't have scored if needed. Oh and the Bills got spanked by the Jets in NY, the Pats won.

Jets beat the Pats just the other year too with Fitz at QB. The Pats lose once in a while. Deal with it.

Jets had all the momentum, anything after that TD has too many variables to count.

Just tired of his schtick. It's bad here in Carolina. About a third the fans love everything he does, a third of the fans can't stand his antics and see how talented he really is & isn't, and the last 3rd know he's good but can't stand his arrogance.

The news every night shows highlights of Cam celebrating everything he does in every game. It's pathetic to see that clown act like a child.

People who watched the Panthers/bills game saw Newton's normal game. Mix in a few really cute runs, a long bomb or 2 and really inconsistent play throughout and you have Newton.

Sounds like "get off his lawn"

Unfortunately the Bills need more than that. They need LBs who can both stop the run as well as get into their zones on D to defend the pass. The Bills biggest problems vs. the pass are the pass rush and the LBs inability to get the proper depth/position in their drops. Ragland is horrible in coverage. Sometimes it's not a matter on if a player is good, it's if he's a fit for the system. Ragland wasn't. I'd rather get value for him that have him wallow on the bench until his rookie contract was done.

Unfortunately, this is the treadmill the Bills have been on for the better part of two decades. Draft players for a coach's systems, fire coach, change systems, get new players for those systems, repeat...

He would work as a 1st round run stopper. We are last in the league in rush defense or something like that. Its good they got a pick back instead of cutting him but if he becomes a pro bowl LB im rubbin it in peoples faces.
