  1. Great results in Week 2! Of course what matters most is that the Bills win. But here's my first crack at the other Week 3 Rooting Interests (w/ AFC team records in parentheses):

    Thursday:

    - Jaguars (0-2) over Titans (1-1)

    Sunday Early:

    - Bills (2-0) over Cinci (0-2)

    - Dallas over Miami (0-2)

    - Green Bay over Denver (0-2)

    - Falcons over Colts (1-1)

    - TOSS-UP: Ravens (2-0) vs Chiefs (2-0)

    - Vikings over Oakland (1-1)

    - Jets (0-2) over Pats (2-0)

    Sunday Late:

    - TOSS-UP: Texans (1-1) vs Chargers (1-1)

    - 49ers over Steelers (0-2)

    Sunday Night:

    - Rams over Cleveland (1-1)

Vikings and Rams are both favored and could send the Raiders and Browns both to 1-2. Falcons have a shot at the Colts.

    Thoughts on Ravens/Chiefs? Texans/Chargers?

  2. Not sure if this is done elsewhere. Please ignore/delete if so. I like to map out all the teams to root for to further the Bills changes of making the playoffs. Never too early to start. I ignore NFC vs NFC games for now. Would be interested to know if anyone feels otherwise about any of the games...

This week we are rooting for:

    Sunday Early:

    - 49ers over Bengals

    - Lions over Chargers

    - Colts over Titans

    - Miami over Pats d

    - Bills over Giants

    - Seattle over Steelers

    - Arizona over Ravens

    - Jax over Houston (Houston the better team)

    Sunday Late:

    - Chiefs over Oakland (let KC run away with division title)

    - Bears over Denver

    Monday:

Browns over Jets (tough call here IMO)

Why in the world would that be "too rich" for Mack? What are you hoping to get with that Top Ten pick? Likely, a player who will one day be close to as good as Mack is already. Mack is one of the top defensive players in the league, if not the top. The only argument is cap space and we have massive cap space after next year so we could afford a future HoFer who actually wants to play here.

Would I trade Tre? No, and obvs I wouldn't trade Allen or Edmunds (yet), but that's about the extent of it.

At risk of being laughed out of here, can someone help me understand why we'd be willing to give up high round draft pick(s) for a guy who is an UFA next season? Is the reasoning just so that we can have him this year? Because otherwise why wouldn't we just wait until he hits the market and then sign him? (I feel the need to apologize in advance for what may be an obvious question...) Thank you.

Zay Jones is "a pro's pro." That was the universal opinion all year. NFL bloodlines. Seemed to get it.

You just never know with humans.

I guess he was trying to "Trust the Process" all the way out that 30th floor window. ??

What an awful thing to joke about. Whether it was drugs or mental issues, why anyone on here feels the need to joke about it is beyond my comprehension. I also don't know why everyone is so quick to jump on the "cut him" bandwagon. The team will, and should, fully understand the issue at hand before they make any decisions. If, for example, he ONLY was suffering from some sort of mental health crisis, cutting him would be the wrong move.

  5. How about the other side of the coin? Who are the best local media (print or tv/radio) to pay attention to?

(I live in Baltimore so I get most of my Bills news from this website, twitter, and occasionally will listen to WGR on my Amazon Alexa. However my wife (who likes the Bills) can't stand listening to WGR because she says the guys' voices give her a headache).

I think the best "follows" on twitter are: Sal C., Joe B., and Matthew Fairburn.
