Josh doing offseason training isn't a story it doesn't get photographed all the time, Josh being seen with celebrity girlfriend or going to a golf thing gets reported because that's how that works.
Exactly, covering his workouts and training is boring. Holding hands with Haillee is much more exciting to cover.

That 2nd 14 in overtime when he had all his Defensive backs standing 10yds off the Wrs that was classic Mcd defense in critical situations.
That wasn’t McDermott this year.

We don’t need this type of distraction right now. Is Atlanta going to interview everybody? They will probably choose poorly again.

I have a good feeling about today. I had a lot of dread before the Bengals game last year. I’m excited to watch this one. So I am a 10.

I will be there tomorrow. Will be in the Bills lot.

The sad part is he was everything we hoped for before he tore his ACL. We don't win @Chiefs or @Ravens without him. He also sacked Cousins to force that insane 4th and 18 Jefferson catch. He was something special to watch and it's a darn shame as he could've gone down as one of the best signings in Bills history.
That really is the sad part of the situation. I am not convinced from what I've seen from him that that player will ever be seen again. He turned into a boat anchor on this team because of that contract.

I think Von needs to improve his health. They will not be able to release him or move him so let’s hope he gets somewhat back to his old self for next season.

McDermott can't do anything right. Allen can't do anything wrong. Am I doing it right?

The guy is an undisciplined moron, a dirty af player, and a liability in pass coverage. He hits hard and occasionally makes a good play which is great, but he's out there trying to end guys careers. That hit on Dak, as he was sliding, was ridiculous. We were lucky that martin got flagged.
Did you se how Rapp tried to go over Prescott? Also that was a last nanosecond slide by Precott that helped create that situation.

I'm simply not buying what Dunne is selling here. The article seems to want us to think there is a toxic culture in the organization. How does that jive with players wanting to play here? How does that jive with year in year out winning? How does that jive with players that come back to play here? When a free agent signs they always site the culture as one of the reasons why they decided to play for the Bills. I truly believe we are all going to regret the bashing of McDermott. The best organizations find a good coach and stick with them.

McD looks like he just tolerates offense and thinks defense wins all the games. He is stuck in an old coaching mentality and hasn't embraced the modern realities of the NFL. The rules favor offense and we need an offensive minded staff, with a solid enough defense to prevent a collapse. McD has not shown that he is capable of this. Others have referred to him as a poor man's Dick Jauron. He might be closer to a poor man's Chuck Knox.
We have one of the best offenses in the league. Is that McDermott and Beane or by chance? I don’t buy that Josh is the only reason we have an offense by the way.

He needs to be like Mahomes who constantly works on his game.
Careers are short you can have fun after you retire
Mahomes is in more commercials and plays a lot of golf too. Kelce is playing well and yet is “distracted” by Taylor Swift and doing a lot of commercials.

I am so over Dorsey and Brady. Fire them and put Mike Shula in charge. Hire a new OC in the off season.
-
I’m ready to fire Dorsey and Brady. Make Shula the O. Coordinator and QB Coach and put him on the sideline for direct face to face communication with the players. I’m over this coordination from the booth crap. Look at how well the defense is playing with the defensive coordinator on the sideline.
-
He should be more like Burrow and sit with a glazed look in his eyes by himself on the sideline and not talk to anyone.

I think the issue is run blocking. This staff is in love with Gabe. Not sure how effective Shakir is at run blocking
Shakir is often on the field for running plays and seems to block well. Gabe is a monster with blocking. He is practically a TE.

There is no sense of urgency in the first 2-3 quarters anymore. It is like they finally wake when they realize they just might lose the game. You can’t live on the fairy tale comebacks every week. It is the offense that lacks that energy. So it has to be Dorsey.

weird that McD didn't say anything about that on Monday when asked about injuries to players from the game.
I agree. I was watching the game with my son and I turned to him right away and said he got hurt on that play.

Wore my white Josh Allen jersey instead of my blue #7 jersey (which used to a Losman jersey).

I noticed Poona creating huge holes for the Giants to run through. I see why he was usually inactive now. Time to scour the practice squads of other teams.

All that has been made known as far as I know is that it is a foot.

The grass isn’t always greener on the other side. Under Daboll’s genius the Giants have now regressed mightily.
-
My opinion is that he finally learned to read the blocks. He constantly misread where the hole was when he was a Bill.
