No. 99.9% of the country does not want to watch the Bills, ever.
-
IMO, if the Nassib's college coach feels strong enough about his ability to select him at #8, I'm cool with that.
I'd like the Bills to stop being the laughing stock of the league. Officially being Syracuse v2 does not fill me with hope.
-
The Matt Scott love is worse than Nassib. How painful it is being desperate for a QB.
-
But the Bills will have to take a chance on someone and say this is the guy, and it will be in the first round..
Indeed. And it really, really stinks that Buddy Nix trapped himself in this position.
-
I'd put hiring an unquestionably bad coach in Chan Gailey at #1. Or how in the heck is Buddy Nix still the GM of this team.
-
do you really feel Lawson a scrub?
Lawson's a cover LB. He was available because he was Cincinnati's 5th best LB, and SF dumped him because he was a failure at pass rushing.
I'm fine with the signing. It's fair value. But, let's not pretend he's good.

Greene can be a beast. Glad he's outta the division.
Lol. Well, I guess the one good week Shonn has every year against a bad team. He sucks.
-
The Bills have ~$15M in cap room. That leaves about $10M for free agents, and the Bills have a lot of spots to fill. They're not in play for any big names, and they'll be signing more scrubs like Lawson eventually when the market sets itself.
-
He makes a point with the money Greene got. You don't pay him that unless you expect to give him a fair amount of carries. If I were a top back like CJ seeing garbage like Greene get that contract, I'd be wondering what's going on too.
-
San Diego not tendering Danario to a 2nd round tender was the most puzzling move of the offseason. They could have kept him for 1 yr/$2M. And the Chargers may be worse at WR than the Bills are. His knees must be really bad, or something.
-
Cleveland. Their area is big enough to support a team for many more years to come. The end will come eventually for Buffalo. Odds are the Bills never win a title.

If I had to take a QB in this class, and I really don't, I'd take Barkley. Great leader for the Trojans. Very knowledgeable about the game, and proved it in a "pro" offense at USC. But, he lacks accuracy and velocity on difficult throws. At best, you're getting a Dalton type with him.
ego and pride. to be able to prosper where others perish. to not only do what nobody else wants to do, but to do it great. and finally, to become a folk hero and living legend to an entire community. if any of these people are motivated by old-school values rather than just the money, then maybe one man will realize that if he could bring a championship to buffalo, his legend would be passed down reverently for countless generations. It's funny that the one QB who has this ridiculous legendary status is Jim Kelly. Who is about the money more than anyone. He even robbed from local businesses, and nobody bats an eye.

Good spot for Fitz. Odds are high he'll be starting at some point next year with Locker coming off shoulder surgery, and being generally terrible thus far for the Titans. Best of luck to him.
-
LOL, no.
He has Dallas written all over him. Kiffin just got there and needs a stop gap until he can bring along his own MLBerAgreed. Looks like the perfect spot for Urlacher.

Considering that Whaley's been sitting behind a poor GM for over 3 years now, that should have been fired after last season, I don't have any faith. If he was really a special talent, another team would have signed him, or the Steelers would have kept him.
-
Do not want Nassib. He's more jittery taking hits than Trent Edwards ever was. And he'll be a fumbler unless he fixes that "pump" action he does before any stressful throws. Anything before the 4th round is a major reach on this kid.
-
It bugs me how much Marrone has relied on this "I'm a New Yorka blue-collar guy like you" BS. It gives me more pause that Brandon just hired his Syracuse buddies.

We've needed a TE since the glory days of Pete Metzelaars. They don't even get great blocking TEs (besides Jason Peters), just scrubs.
Running back rule passed....

The NFL will get there soon enough. Once all blocks below the waist are banned, and they will be, the run game is officially dead.
