  1. I can't help but think Mitchell would be a prima donna. I noticed in the game against Washington, he was motioning to Ewers to throw his way. You can tell he was frustrated that he only had 4 receptions. Sounds kind of familiar.

Agree that DeJean or McConkey should be at 33, maybe trade up from 60 if Franklin lingers.

Why would they have done so already? He’s still there now. The goal of the draft isn’t to take your guy as early as possible. The goal is to take him as LATE as possible.

It's a gamble because the Bills also have their eye on a player around #95. That seems to be where a big drop-off in talent occurs. I hope McConkey is the choice at 33. Watching video of him, his acceleration is amazing, and he can lineup outside, in the slot, pretty much anywhere. Only question about an undersized WR is the durability. Otherwise, I'd love if they'd get him.

If you go to Panama or other countries like that, you can get a entirely different level of stem cell therapy and treatment. The US is cautious and the FDA has not approved all components of treatment like you can in a country with little regulation. From what is reported by people that have had both it is night and day down there over how you feel when it is done in the US. Joe Rogan talked about it in a podcast. Same with Mel Gibson, of all people. Doctors that live in Miami have offices and clinics  in Panama and fly down there to do the treatments.

The US isn't cautious. It's siding with hospitals, pharmaceuticals and doctors. Obviously, you and treatment centers have to do research. Providers here have stem cell suppliers; some are more effective than others based on quality. If stem cell treatment had been green lighted in the US, lots of surgical procedures could have been avoided. I have had stem cell injection for a neuro condition, and it definitely helped. Luckily, a family member is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in stem cell procedures. Yes, I paid in cash, but the improvement in my condition made it worth it. It's been a few years since my treatment and the US has really clamped down on what can and can't be done here. That's probably why Murray had to go to S.A. for what could have been done here years ago.

Think of him what you will, but the legal system found him innocent. That's not to say the legal system is not broken, however, he was judged by a jury of his peers and was found not guilty......i, however, think he's guilty as hell, but i was not on the jury panel, i only heard what the media expressed for the trial and did not have to make the decision of innocent or guilty.

Now, OJ may have been found innocent in the eyes of the law, but he was definitely found guilty in public opinion.

Then, there was the Civil suit. Families did not collect much. It will now become a hot topic for them again.

  5. This team already has enough holes on the roster. No reason to create another one. Bernard is not the question. Dodson did well replacing Milano. Williams, we'll see. I'll be happy to see Bernard and Milano work together this year. Just hope Milano will be on the field regularly.

  6. Legette disappeared in big games at South Carolina, and he has dropped to the 9th top WR from some draft "experts". I know every team would love to see him as the 2nd coming of DK Metcalf, but Legette seems like 2nd round material. He's even shrunk from 6'3" to 6'1". Depending on what's available, I think you take the best value from OC, S, CB, DT. WR would be a nice to have, but the team has bigger needs. If a WR slides, snag him in the 2nd.

  7. Quit trading up, giving up draft capital. Bills need WR, OC, DT, DE, S, CB. Whoever is best and can provide an immediate impact when #28 comes around. Hopefully WR or S.

We need a combo of size, speed and instincts at DB and we honestly could use depth at LB. Draft a Safety who weighs 205-plus. Kinchens or Nubin if we use an early pick. Trey Taylor is a later round possibility. Safety talent seems deep this year.

At WR, Bills need a guy who will consistently get open. McConkey would be a good choice.

Bills have really needed a Center for a few years now to replace Morse. Again, the talent seems deep.

Need to draft for depth on DL, as well as an Edge rusher.

Not sure if he will enter draft this year or not but if he does he would be a day 2 or 3 pick I'd guess.  His traits would make him a good back up in this system.  Great instinctive runner.  Solid passer.   If we wanted to groom a young guy he could be a solid backup in NFL

This is one of the deepest QB classes ever. He's fine, but there are a bunch of good candidates. Meanwhile, if you've been watching Missouri, you want to get their RB Cody Schrader. Incredible running instincts. Will be curious where the experts will slot him, but he's a stud.

  9. What good does it do to bring pressure and play a soft zone where our DBs give such a huge cushion? Burrow, and other lesser QBs have picked the Bills secondary apart. 8 INTs in our first four games, against weak opponents, except Miami, and zero INTs in our last five games. Bills have not even hit the tough part of their schedule. I do like Rasul Douglas. He seems a lot more aggressive than any other DB that we have.

    When is the deadline?

Tuesday 4 PM - Every team must have their roster down to 53 players

Wednesday Noon - Teams must have their waiver claims in for players waived in the cutdown from 80 to 53

Wednesday 4 PM - Teams can start to place players on their 53-man roster on IR with an eligibility to return after a minimum of four games. Any player placed on IR before this deadline will be lost for the entire season

Friday 9/1 4 PM - NFL teams can begin signing players to their practice squads

I believe these days and times are correct.

Mine as well. The NFL plays this game of chicken every year. They always wait till right before preseason to send them out, sometimes a week later.

They sent it out last year on August 3rd, so they really are cutting it close this year.

Easiest way to get from station to stadium is get the London Overground to White Hart Lane station from Liverpool Street station. You can get to Liverpool St via a number of Tube lines.

But has been mentioned before, London is so easy to get around due to the Tube you won’t find it difficult to get anywhere you’d like to go.

As for pubs, I don’t think anywhere “official” has been announced for a meet up. We’re staying over in Euston the night before the game so will be having breakfast in the Euston Flyer pub before the game then jumping on the Tube.

Did see this as a Bills Bar meetup in London. Have you been to this pub?

Poona makes whoever we play's job at ILB a lot easier. Double team Ford, and it frees up the linebacker to make plays. Not sure anyone really was double teamed on the D-line. Sure always seemed like some blocker was there to account for Edmunds.

  14. The biggest frustration about the Bills draft process for me is that Beane and co. fall in love with a player, and trade assets likely when they don't have to, in order to move up. Obviously, with Josh Allen, we needed to move. Other than that, Beane has had very little success when moving in the 1st or 2nd round. Edmunds, Elam (too early?), Cody Ford and Zay Jones (I know, Beane was hired after the draft that we got Jones, McD making that call) have not panned out, or the Bills were not patient (Jones). Edmunds has been OK, but for a 1st round pick, he has not been up to that level. I'm sure someone has graded Beane's draft picks. If not, there's a new discussion topic for you.

Beane really needs to treat potential picks as "nice to have", rather than "gotta have", no matter what they give up to get him. The Bills are paying the price for giving up draft assets, as well as swinging and missing on top picks. You look at re-drafting articles, and rarely are the Bills picks included as the top re-draft choices.

We have gaping holes at Safety and Linebacker, as well as Offensive Line. It does zero good to draft a WR if Allen doesn't have time to throw the ball to his targets, let alone the inability to run, making this a one-dimensional Offense. No WR in the first few rounds. Maybe a guy like Charlie Jones from Purdue in a later round.
