I will be rooting hard for a Bills comeback, but if that doesnt happen, at least we will lose EJ and hopefullly Rex as well during the bye.
Rex isn't going anywhere, not with a new five year contract and injuries.

Where do you start to make a change for next year? The D is getting gashed, the offense sucks, even with Tyrod it is questionable. Only people making plays are our kickoff specialist and punter.

So, if anyone wants to actually see this clown orgy in better quality... if you hit the settings link and choose a video quality (I went w/ "medium"), it will stop doing that intermittent fuzzy switch as it won't try to renegotiate a speed. That's assuming you've enough bandwidth to be above the worst option.
It is probably best the stream quits totally at this point.

EJ - no arm
In that last batted pass by EJ - a slight step either way is required to keep that from getting batted. Same as the pick 6 by Watt last year at Houston - good quarterbacks move a half step or so to get the pass through. The best even change their arm angle, like a sixth sense about where the hands on the defense are going up. EJ is clueless how to move around - he was the same at FSU. Hasn't changed. He's about as good as he was as a sophomore at Florida state. No better. No worse.
I think EJ has an arm, it's the speed of his brain reading the defenses and not being able to get rid of or deliver the ball under pressure.

He will be here minimum three seasons. You don't hire someone of Rex's stature, then fire him six games into a season. Three years is generally the shelf life of a losing coach to wit: Williams, Jauron, Gailey, etc. Mularkey and Marrone quit early.
