Saints are shopping a lot of their players. Jahri Evans is a name I keep seeing linked to the Bills. Would the Saints release him? Are we interested in a trade?
Don't be surprised if Jahri Evans ends up in Buffalo. Despite Incognito signing, need still there.

@zachkruse2: According to @RapSheet, Bryan Bulaga and the #Packers agreed to a 5-year deal worth a little under $7M per season, so in the $33-34M range.
i had thought Bulaga would cost around $8M per. sounds like he gave them a discount if he didn't even get $7 when teams like the Bills are desperate for OL help

my sources tell me that at 4pm today the Bills will announce they have traded Kiko to the Eagles for LeSean McCoy and that they have also traded a 5th and 7th for QB Matt Cassel and the Vikings 6th.

I love the insider information. I think it's up to each individual fan/poster on whether you feel it is legitamate or plausible.
I always wondered if George Seifert was indeed sitting/standing/enjoying a coffee at any Buffalo area airport anytime that year.
On the flip side, somebody broke the news of something preposterous on first glance - Mario Williams in Buffalo, talking deal?
I too love the insider info. It's better than any drama filled reality show that my wife watches. I can't get enough of the rumors. But of course you have to take it with a grain of salt. Anyone that takes them as definite "news" is going to be disappointed. Let's cut guys like Leroi and other some slack. They are just forwarding on the info they are receiving. The more tid bits of info leaked to us the better!

What he said iirc was that they would sign McCown, then Locker, and EJ would be cut. Then McCown was signed by the Browns.
Personally I didn't believe that one. But it's possible the Bills very much thought that they would have McCown. I'm not sure how getting Meh Cassell instead of McCown would change that. Perhaps they thought of McCown as more of a backup to Locker in case he gets hurt. But think they can build an offense around Cassell. I don't see a difference, but I'm just looking for possibilities.
Once the McCown thing didn't happen, the scenario was then shot.
I think Cassel>McCown but not by much. They both fill the same veteran backup role. I don't think the scenario should change, they are basically the same player
