I would guess that Beane and the coaches do but Terry not so much. It has to be brutal for them to read the fan feedback but tough they brought it on themselves. They need to clean house coaches, Beane etc. I think Terry has no choice but to do it with the new stadium coming. Fans will just stop buying into the same old crap over and over again.

Update.... see previous post. DH asked for a 2 year and Bills agreed. He asked for certain things in the contract, and they got that worked out. The problem is DH thinks his value is OBJ contract or better.BB has made his best offer (or at least he says) and it's now up to DH. I asked about other teams offer said he said he has no idea. He doubts BB will move on his offer very much if at all.

Update....See previous post.... Bills made DH a offer on a 2-year deal. Told it was a very good offer with great bonuses etc. but DH wants a few things in the contract that BB doesn't want to include. I asked if he was still in play for KC and he said he doesn't know. Just passing on what I've been told ,,,,,,

Hello all for what's it worth I have a friend that's good friends with DH business manager He does not have an agent, and he was told that DH has been talking to about 6 gms and that he will take a few days to take everything in then decide on who he will talk contract with. He thought he may be released but not today. His BM is out of the country.... I'm sure that will change soon.BM said he will be looking for a 2year minimum, never said anything about money. Just sharing...

Thats my point winning percentage means nothing if you can't win the super bowl. Its time to cut the cord how many players will be fired up to come back next year after the recent failures the last 3 years in the playoffs. plus do free agent view buffalo a place as a good spot to go.... I Don't think so look at the big picture and cut bait now.

If you really think that the current staff can get us a SB fine but don't look back in 5 years and wonder what the hell happened. We have been out coached in our last 3 playoffs series. Sometimes you just have to move on from the current situation. Trust me as a 50-year bills fan i know when that time is .....

I like Mcdermott as a coach but not as coach that is capable of winning a super bowl. I agree that giving up a 1 and a 2 is a very big price but if you think that no team is going to give up a 1, I don't know what to tell you.What does it matter we don't hit on early picks anyway.

Getting Payton does a few things, Dorsey and Frasier are both gone. I like Dorsey but he's in over his head, Frasier his defense does not work in the current NFL. It should really help Josh to have a real offensive minded HC.Yes he has only one SB but how many coaches out there who have never got the Sb let alone won one. I say get it done now because you will be in the same situation next year.

I believe that the current coaching staff has done all the can with the BILLS team. Just can't see the players buying into the process anymore, this is going to be the team's biggest problem next year, not the draft,free agents ect.I would offer the Saints our 1 and next year's #2 to get it done. Payton may not be the best choice out there but he's a hell of a lot better than we have now.
Would you make the deal??

Plain and simple you dont win the SB in todays game.If you don't have a top 5 QB ,the chances of winning are not very good to say the least.... I don't think allen is going to be over the top on his contract demands doesnt seem to be that type of person. Remember that free agents place a great deal importance on how teams take care of their own. Yes you may pay a little more now but you will get it back on the back end.Just my input.

After looking at Mahomes contract the guarantee I suggested may be high on the guarantee money but not by much.The Bills have not had a decent Qb in forever and I don't think they will screw around with his contract.Not a time mess with the fan base over a contract.I think they will steep up and pay the man.If the its a bit high so be it if it brings Sb Or 2 who will care about the contract?
