  1. This Bills team won. I am happy about that. But turnovers or no turnovers, our defense is simply trash. The offense played not to lose in the second half and the defense played to lose. We still pulled it out, but seriously we are not a good football team right now. We have got to find a way to stop someone at some point or we won't make the playoffs. I know people will probably pour in here and talk about how I'm overly negative and as a Bills fan should be happy we aren't 0-5 but you guys can save your finger strength. I am happy. That said...this defense is utter trash and I was honestly confused about the play calling down the line. How many screens were we going to throw?

Anyway, just had to vent. We tried to give it away but failed. Thank God for that offsides b/c even w/ no time outs that Eagles team may have gotten a TD there. Cinci did came back on us last week, Eagles did the same this week they just shot themselves in the foot.

I think Chan and the coaching staff are too stupid to notice the weaknesses they need to work on. Because they won, they won't think they need to make any adjustments

You need to call 1 Bills drive first thing tomorrow morning and voice your concerns. Maybe all the coaching will do a conference call with you

  2. My wife gets the credit this time

My son came over to pick me up to drive to the sports bar

My wife saw me getting into his car with the same plain grey baggy 5XL pocket t shirt I wore last night with food stains all over the front. She said "Get your fat ass upstairs and change that filthy shirt. You are not going out in public like that and embarrass me, you fat, disgusting slob..."

I changed into my Bills polo, and the Bills won. Even though my wife is mean to me, she deserves the game ball

  3. I bought a house. I could have paid $250k for a house in VB or $200k for a comparable house in Suffolk

But do you want your kids going to school with inbred idiots?

I know your neighborhood is probably nice, but are you aware of the kind of animals your kids will be going to school with?

  4. You might be right

Vick is emotional and he is dumb

As much as his handlers try to coach him to act like he is human, when put under stress he comes off more like an animal than those innocent dogs he electrocuted

I am too drunk right now to remember which game it was, but when he was headed to the locker room afer a recent injury and was booed, he could not control himself and he had to respond to the crowd and point at the scoreboard (think it was Atlanta)

I felt sorry for him when he went to prison because I thought his punishment was a bit harsh, but now that he is making money again, I plan to go back to pounding on "Ron Mexico" because he is an idiot, a thug, and an animal

  5. Hi guys, me and my wife are starting to think about moving from the UK to Ontario. I'd be lying if I said the Bills weren't a major factor in where we are moving. With this in mind I was wondering if anyone here has any advice as to nice area's to move to in Ontario. I know there are a few forum members on here from Ontario. We enjoy the quiet community life so anything like that would be great. If this is in totally the wrong place I apologise.

The first thing you need to learn is that "apologize" is spelled with a "Z"

...Never mind, you are talking about Canada where "center" is spelled "centre"

  6. I don't like to pee on graves, but seeing as he was a public figure, I will make an exception

He made lousy computers, so he switched to fancy cell phones

I dont need to verbally ask a cell phone if I need to wear a raincoat- I can read it in the paper or look it up on weather.com

  7. -The Usual Suspects

    -Shawshank Redemption

    -Forest Gump

    -Suburbia

And my favorite movie of all time:

    The Big Lebowski

And an honorable mention for Dazed and Confused.

The head of my department, who is a pretty smart guy, begged me to see Usual Suspects, saying it was his favorite. The plot twists made my head spin and my brain hurt just to learn some guy was faking a limp

I might be kinda stupid, but not really stupid, so maybe I am more of a fan of character development than plot twists, so this was not one of my favorites.....to each his own

I really did enjoy Shawshank though

  8. A lot more fun to watch, however Gailey talks about being balanced, but doesn't do it. 146 pass attempts vs. 104 run attempts.

Great when the passing game is working, which it had until last week, however you are going to need to run the ball at some

point (see 4th quarter last game), and if you can't do it or won't do it, you won't win when it counts.

The pass game is not always going to work: great D line or 2ndary, QB or receivers just off, bad weather, take your pick.

Bills needed to run the ball in 4th quarter last week, IMO, and could not or would not do it.

P.S. Why did the Bills draft Spiller anyhow? 14 carries in 4 games? What's the point taking the guy 7th overall?

    Flame away.

Spiller hasn't been getting the carries because the D III guy is better than he is

  9. That's good your wife helps "nudge" you to put it back on. I often find that I will doze off with the damn thing in my hand, and next thing I know it's morning

Yep, I'd definitely go for a sleep study. It's really not as bad as it sounds. The biggest pain in the butt is getting you hooked up to all the wires and sensors. Once that's done, you just watch some tv, chill, and then try to sleep a few hours...they wake you up around 5 or 6am and you go home.

I usually also wake up with the "damn thing" in my hand, but the CPAP mask is still on my face

  10. Thumbprints?

It was many years ago,and it was the ACT instead of the SAT, but I recall having to provide a thumbprint in case there was a question about my identity somewhere down the road

Are you implying they couldn't reach the heights of 820? I'm going out on a limb and saying they could, although I won't say they did.

Many blue chip recruits can't hit that magic 820 on the SAT and that is why they go to "prep schools" after high school. These prep schools are noting more than football factories and the students spend all day-every day doing SAT prep. That is for the honest kids who do not get somebody to take the test for them

I would bet big money that the Vick brothers could not get an 820 even if you spotted them 400 points. Them two boys is "tah-did". My daughter had a class with Marcus Vick before he was kicked out of VT and she said he was dumber the campus janitors

  11. He has some short area quickness (that was the "Wow!" factor that got him so high in the draft), but I'm not sure he is really a track guy. Of course, with his long legs and only going 210# or whatever, he's going to look fast by comparison. Anyway, he doesn't have superior balance, can't seem to sprint through the angle (does he lack lower body strength?), and hasn't got the upper body strength or hand technique for any other moves. If he can't run around the world loops to get to the QB, he's pancake batter. Heck, we've all seen him get splattered by a RB. Modrak thought they could teach him to play the run, and the typical result of a Modrak projection followed.

Maybe we should have tried him at tight end

    (just kidding)
