  1. I have one, 3g is the same as my old evo. 4g is a little better but I think it has more to do with the Sprint network. The last update fixed the only complaint I had. Bluetooth did not play well with my Toyota fj when streaming (fine for phone calls) for some reason, now it works like a champ.

  2. Wouldn't this be considered murder if its real? I say throw him in jail for his crime.

I think it would fit a manslaughter charge.

"Sec. 19.04. MANSLAUGHTER. (a) A person commits an offense if he recklessly causes the death of an individual.

    (b) An offense under this section is a felony of the second degree."

That is if what he killed fit this definition for individual.

"Individual" means a human being who is alive, including an unborn child at every stage of gestation from fertilization until birth."

If what he killed is defined as an animal I would think he would at least need to be in possession of a Texas hunting license. A quick look at the Texas parks and wildlife web site Came up negative for Daily Bag Limit or Possession Limit for Bigfoot.

The Varsity blows. I would rather eat the chili cheese pups from Krystal.

Brandi's World Famous Hot Dogs are much better, and consistently ranks near the top as Atlanta's best hot dog.

For those transplants looking for a little taste of Buffalo, NY, Barkers Red Hots serves up charcoal grilled Sahlen's.

Will try to remember that if work sends me that way again.

  4. San Antonio, TX.

    Waiting for the ice pellets...

    No trauma from ice pellets...

    Devil's advocate here:

Yes. So what. We are moving away from a win-win society. The vehicles shouldering the bill do not care about the stinking bikes and what planet they are saving. Fuel burning vehicles shoulder more of the burden for why the roads even exist... Why should fuel burning vehicles share the road? What are bicycles and other forms of higher fuel efficiency vehicles doing to pay into the system? The system didn't magically happen with out funding, how is it going to be maintained, bettered, expanded if too many do not pay in? Then we all want to "share the road." Offer up a better system for funding roads, bridges and like infrastructure.

Again... Just playing devil's advocate. The above mentioned ideas do not necessarily represent what this poster believes. :-)

I own two fuel burning vehicles can I also enjoy my bicycle?
