All I'm saying really is this happend in '03...we were at the top of the power ranking, 2-0, the talk of the NFL, and then the bottom fell out. In '08....well, we were at the top of the power ranking, 4-0, the talk of the NFL, and then the bottom fell out.

But the problem is besides being an avid Bills fan, I am also a football fan in general so I like to stay on the up and up with the rest of the league.

Yeah i get you. I still listen to NFL radio in the car though because it offers a wide sample of football topics. But the NFL Channel and ESPN are killing it. One cool thing is that I have a twin brother and we started watching football in 86 I believe and he's a Lions fan. So right now we are joking around about a Bills/Lions Super Bowl, which would be awesome even if it is unlikely.

I love our start and the respect we are getting but the media coverage seems non stop. A lot of stuff is being repeated and rehashed. Maybe i'll get flamed for this but sometimes enough is enough. I mean, yeah there has to be one of these stories in the NFL each year but a little quelled enthusiasm(by the media) couldn't be a bad thing...could it? I hope no one is taking this the wrong way, but does anyone know what I mean?

10 would be a utter slap in the face. NFLs top ranked offense. Top ranked rushing team, top ranked offensive line, and we just beat the best team in the NFL. Not to mention we are 3-0 and being ranked 10 would be fair? Sorry, disagree.

i also love the 1:00 games. Also the Bills have not had much luck prime time in the last 5-6 years

geeez people. I'm not bitching about the power rankings just commenting. Personally I think we should be ranked higher thats all. Why are some going on the offensive? Look, I'm new to the boards and I'm not up on all the "rules." If power ranking talk is not acceptable or taboo to talk about here I'll refrain. I thought it would be a good discussion topic. Sorry for causing a stir.

Im not bashing King or anything, did'nt mean for it to come off that way. He does give us great press and its awesome to read what he writes about Buff. But I was honestly really hoping to be ranked above Detroit and Houston.

I know and maybe the Pats should be ranked higher but Bills should be closer to the top. Maybe 4 or 5. I think maybe we will if we beat the Jets.

Pats 3, Bills 7. Means nothing I know but, C'mon. Also has Lions ranked higher than us and I question the strength of the Lions opponents compred to Bills. Lions have beat two 0-3 teams.
