I have an old Fred Jackson jersey that I wore for years, during the "bad times".  Sadly - I kinda outgrew it so it was in storage for a while.

This last year - I lost some weight and I realized it would fit again...

 

I was working for the first part of the game, so I wasn't wearing any Bills apparel.

As soon as I could (right around the time we were up 10-0, as a matter of fact) - I pulled out that jersey and pulled it on to settle in and watch the rest of the game.

 

TBH - I think the jersey still has the baggage/stink/karma  of the "bad old days" attached... The team went very "Bills"y at that point...

 

As soon as the blocked punt occured - I realized it was my fault and took off the jersey - but it was too little, too late. We scored, but not enough...

On the good news side - I *do* have a new Allen Jersey arriving this week, so the Jackson jersey is going to be retired to the back of the closet....

Josh needs to go to running back school. if i was coach, i would have him walk around with the ball in his arms all day, and if someone knocks it out, maybe do 50 pushups or something like that. of course something that would not get him tired or sore to throw the ball.

I say...Play Peterman, he is better than the old guy. let the old guy mentor Allen. Peterman will get better with some sort of confidence from the staff. Yea, he threw a pick 6 to lose the game at hou. but he is the one who put us in the place to win anyway. 1st drive 3 pts, next drive 7 points. Everybody just got too negative to fast. shame on McDermott for bending to the mob. I know this kid has talent, and so does the coach. it will just be a shame to see a guy go out of the league because of never getting a decent shot. 2 games is not a shot. or should I say 1 game. 1/2 +/1/2 =1 starting.  just a loyal bills fan of 50 years, who would like to see the coach do the right thing. if this IS a rebuilding year let Peterman start at least 3 games, get better, then trade him next year and let allen start, after we get a better line and play caller.
