This year we should get rid of all of the high salaries. Trade them for picks. We will have a very tough schedule this year and because of that we will not win. I'd rather start fresh with a new QB, RB, and WR entering into the season.

Health always comes first, with that the right thing to do is retire. The Bills will require a saftey that is able to pack a punch, hard hits, and punishing tackles. If AW is not able to do these things then the time is right to move on.

Rex is a very good coach, however he needs the right personnel in order to make his defense work. Think about it! Moreover, Bills had no QB, Rex did us all a favor by at least bringing in T2, who is better than what we've had since Bledsoe. Make do with what you have. No doubt, changes need to be made but not with Rex. Changes need to start with some players and perhaps GM. Example: Preston Brown is not a Ray Lewis. He's a good backup at best. We need some quicker, stronger LBs and a safety that can run and hit like a bull, and a WR.
In this years draft, I would try my best to draft Deshaun from Clemson or Kizer. That kid from NC looks good too.

I think Rex should stay. Evaluate everyone st the end of the year and make the moves that need to be made. Give him a healthy roster with better receivers and defensive players.

Pass, we have deeper issues as is. We can't even utilize Clay right or utilize Olearys full capability.

#1 - the going rate for QB will be pushing $25 mil/yr...(carr, cousins, luck, romo, flacco, palmer, ryan , Stafford)
#2 - tyrod's deal averages about $17 mil/yr cap hit which would make him the 20th highest paid qb in 2017.
#3 - his contract is team friendly with very low dead money after every single season.
#4 - keep tyrod until you are absolutely sure you have someone better already on team. don't cut him and go hoping, wishing.
#5 - get healthy (wr, rb, c), upgrade RT, add a WR and watch TT return to alternate pro bowl level.
These morons should add 2 or three good receivers, but they won't do that because it makes too much sense.
