No, but if you have ever been to a live TV event, they will grab people from outside to fill the stadium...

- This is a live event, therefore it is important that you are in your seat at the start of the show. In order to be guaranteed your seat, you must be in it at the times noted below.
- The live show will begin with club roll call at 6:20 p.m. on Thursday. We look forward to hearing Cowboys fans loud and proud when our team is announced!
- The NFL has put a lot of time and effort into creating a show for you as the audience inside of the NFL Draft Theater. Throughout the show, there will be on-stage interviews, commentary from in-venue host Michael Irvin and special Cowboys moments.

If they want to get to 2, the path is now clear.
Trade with the Browns at 4. Take 4 and add some picks to it and Voila!

I want to be an optimist. I need to be an optimist. I have to believe that things are different now. That Beane is different.
In reality, the Bills probably weren't willing to pay the price it costs for a franchise QB and will instead pick players that we wont even remember in 10 years.

You are a Bills pessimist if you believe Brandon Beane knows pick 1 and 2 are not in play and simply got beat to the punch by the Jets. He was too smart for himself, moving around making moves and in good ole Bills style was too cheap to counter or just plain got schooled.
You are a Bills optimist if you believe this was all part of Brandon Beane's plan and he is a master of puppets. He saw this coming. And whatever he is planning to do is not disrupted by the Jet's (or anyone else) trading up. Either he knows what it takes to get to 1 or 2 and he will get us there or he never planned to get there.
SO WHICH ARE YOU???
Note: This post is operating under the assumption the Bills plan is to draft a QB and doesn't consider the prospects of McCarron or Peterman...please don't drag us down that rabbit hole...

Nick Foles will now have a role in the QB market.
Whether it's a Cousins suitor or someone who would otherwise use a high pick on a QB, someone will trade and pay Foles.

Things to consider:
1. Cousins will take one of those teams off the board... Likely Broncos or Bills
2. Dave Gettlemen, the Giants GM, worked for years with the McBeane. Watch for a Bills trade to #2. Giants take manning successor at 21 or22.

Preferred: all in for cousins, use picks to make team better
I'll take it: all in for a top 5 pick (probably darnold, Rosen or Mayfield); start the guy in the fall
Oh God please no: find a placeholder veteran (Smith, keenum, etc), draft a guy with the picks we have, groom him to start in a couple years.

Mike McCoy was McDermott's first choice (and friend). He was fired for the chargers and is available. Don't be shocked if this happens.
