It's obvious the OP was a toddler during Air Coryell. Nobody my age would call Dan Fouts a jerk for any reason, out of respect for that amazing team. It's also obvious the game today was an upset.

Rex is a dyslexic undisciplined man and the Bills are a dyslexic undisciplined team. What's happening makes perfect sense. What doesn't make sense to me is the original hire...falling for the bravado while ignoring his track record.

This one is easy to predict fellas! Fitz will be driving his team down late in the game going in for the kill after a solid game. Then suddenly he will lose his senses & do something incredibly stupid, securing the W for the opposing team! How many times have we seen it? Only this time we'll be cheering!

14 years is a long time for sure Big Blitz, and we're all tired of losing. But as I sit here, we're tied for first place and the Patriots are in sole possession of last place in the AFC East. This week, the glass is half full...not half empty. Let's stay optimistic!

You're on to something here! I just turned 60 & even I am amazed at the difference in myself now from 20 yrs ago. I'm so dang boring now compared to what I used to be, I sometimes put myself to sleep. I would have never done what Whaley just did...yet strangely, I'm thrilled he did it!

My favorite thing to do in life is to jab sewing needles under my fingernails...not sure why, it's just fun. My second favorite thing to do is to walk on shards of glass in my bare feet...what a high! My third favorite thing is being a Bills fan. The ending to yesterdays game was so exhilarating! I just don't understand why everybody in Bills nation is so upset!

What a GREAT word...erudite! I'm a scrabble junkie & I still had to look it up! I intend to use it frequently in a sarcastic manner while talking to the many morons that I do each week (I'm in retail). It will work exceptionally well with the word "hermaphrodite". "Thank you for that question sir...you're quite the erudite for a hermaphrodite." Love it! Thank you! Oh yeah, the Bills game... I didn't think we were gonna win the game either and was getting frustrated toward the end... I just didn't express it on the board. Quite surprised we pulled it out, & I'm not upset with those that showed their negatively. Haven't we been well trained in this? But to me, this is a sign things are changing...the ability to pull out the squeakers instead of throwing the game away.

Absolutely. There is only one game on thursday, the majority of the NFL plays on sunday. So I got to enjoy the Bills game without missing any of the action on sunday. That is what I call perfect.
Gotcha, but I always go thru this phase where I dislike football in general after we lose a pivotal game, & I'm not sure if I've had a long enuf recovery period to enjoy football today. So was Thursday's game pivotal you ask? As was shown Thursday, 3 & 2 teams have over a 50% chance of making the playoffs, while 2 & 3 teams have a slightly over 20% chance. Add in EJ's injury & the Jeff Tuel factor, combined with the QB's currently available, and well...time for the familiar October battle cry..."N E X T Y E A R !" I'm so tired of that battle cry it makes me even wonder why I even like this game.

Although you'll have an enjoyable day, all you did was swap a miserable Sunday for a miserable Thursday, so are you really ahead?I can finally just sit back, soak in, flip through and appreciate a sunday's worth of football without all the distractions with the Bills. Will certainly keep an eye on the bungles/cheatriots game.
While a lot of people probably don't like it as much with the Bills not playing on Sunday, I like the break. While I am a Bills fan, I am a football fan first. I will enjoy this Sunday thoroughly.

Ha! Thanks for the gut laugh! Think about it...half of QB'ing is decision making. He actually made the "decision" to sport those hair bands. Who could trust his ability to make decisions after that? I wonder if he was wearing it on the butt fumble play...

MRI revealed need for procedure. Any doctors out there know "minor" reasons for this? Is this much worse and bills not telling yet? I'm so worried about this.
Well, I'm not a doctor, but I stayed at a Holiday Inn last night. Reason you ask?...it's the curse dummy! Duh! Trust me, the sun will continue to rise. Life is good!

I'm optimistic we can eek by Manning in the AFC championship game, & match up well with Kaepernick in the SB. Sorry...somebody had to teach you optimism!The amazing thing for me is he did it with another set of receivers in this game and without our best receiver suiting up. Manuel will be loaded up with weapons. The run game has been fantastic and will only allow him to further develop. I'm optimistic we can be a .500 club now.

I just had stage 4 cancer...throughout my whole body & even in my bones. I was just declared cancer free a few weeks ago! If I would have left God out of it like you suggest, I would be dead now. Like it or not sir, He's in charge of everything. It's just that some things we aren't meant to understand.
