  1. Really.......I for one am not. You have the Seahawks with an over rated Russell Wilson who was carried today by Marshawn and the Defense mixed in with the Packers starting to celebrate early and shutting it down topped with a bone headed play on the on side kick. VS. the Patriots who (I am sorry are coached by a known cheater) with a good QB but again over rated who is a product of the system, proven when Cassell (a QB who didn't even start a game in college) come in when Brady was hurt and have a pro bowl year get that paycheck and hasn't done a thing since. I am not looking forward at all to Russell this and Brady that for two weeks...how about you.

  2. Welcome to the 3rd annual offseason "move Glenn to OG" post...in disguise. No BRILLIANT...FOOLISH! Sign Boling and Iupati, regardless of price tag. Can't say it enough, the game is won at the line!

Cut ties with Spiller, then go out and get whomever Dallas can't afford between Murray and Bryant. If it's Bryant, go after Ingram for RB. If it's Murray, go after the best available WR to put opposite of Sammy...you're looking at an awesome crop of UFA WR this year.

Now, we don't have to sit around and wait for Spiller to "break out." Our OL if solid and you have another stud WR across from SW.

I think Cutler will end up being available...I know, but still a good stop gap...and draft a mid level QB with some size and a chip on his shoulder.

    Easy...right!?

We already have someone to play opposite Sammy his name is Robert Woods.....here let me introduce him to you....have you even seen a Bills game this year???

  3. Really what kind of player would we have gotten in this years draft, a player nobody has heard of in college and probably a bust that low on the board. I was glad they made the pick, it showed they are trying to win now and not take a back seat. And who know's really what kind of WR Sammy is going to be until we get a coach here who knows how to use him

  4. I know I stated before my coaching prediction was: Mike Shanahan HC, Kyle Shanahan OC, Jim Schwartz DC; with Jay Cutler or Kurt Cousins as our QB1 which would be cool. But I would also be OK with Rex as our head man. The only problem I have is, if he comes in does he really need to run a 3-4 defense? There is nothing wrong with our D now so why try to change it again? Plus a good head coach would be able to adapt and overcome IMO, he doesn't need to come in here and totally shake things up, he would just need to "right the ship". We just need an offensive coordinator that can run the right offensive scheme for the personnel we have, which again is a power run scheme since we have a lot of big men up front and seem to add more to our line every year, not this short passing screen scheme we tried to run last year.

  5. The Shanahans, one or both, would be a major mistake. Mike is a mediocre coach who became a name thanks to Elway. Plus his lack of judgement on how he handled RG III and possibly ruined the kids career is well documented and says eons about him. Kyle apparently can't get along with anyone other than his father. DON'T TOUCH THEM!

I think with his handling of RGIII was not all him it was more his owner. Their owner is way too involved and he smelled playoffs and pushed the trainers and Mike to play him because the owner knew it was their only shot at the postseason. That is the problem with this league now the win now mentality. Mike should have stood his ground and sat RGIII and not play him until he was totally healed even heading into the next season, if he did he would probably still be in Wash and the Skins would be a threat every year.

  6. Because I hate the way people are out to fire anybody without a valid reason he brought in some good talent to bad it wasn't his coach of choice coaching them. He did get Watkins (and to honest this draft sucks no big names at all), he got a starting LB in the second who looks real promising, and a staring RT in the 7th, he also traded for a WR who has a knack for catching TDs ( M Williams) and an awesome backup DB who was originally brought in for Special Teams but played huge at DB when we needed him. He is not perfect but I don't see any reason to fire him now, let's see what he does this year

  7. I don't know but I don't blame Whaley for the EJ pick because Nix was still GM then. Plus I don't think that pick worked out like they wanted it to, he wasn't suppose to start right away and was suppose to be a backup to Kolb for a few years. Whalers first draft was this year and I still love what he said about the trade up for Watkins, I don't remember exactly what he said but it was like I don't mind trading a late first round pick for the top receiver meaning he was planning on a playoff run. I think Whaley needs to select the coach so the talent that the team has and Whaley is assembling will be managed the right way. Whaley learned from the steelers ( a power run team with big linemen and big backs, not a light weight screen team like Marrone was trying to do) I mean look at our line and the o-lineman drafted by the bills and Whaley last year big run blockers. I think if we get the right coach in here with this talent we will make a run next year in the playoffs. Power run game with Boobie using FJ as a third down back, which will create some opportunities to get Woods and Sammy the ball in space down field, our defense is set even if we lose Hughes because getting a free agent to fill his spot and excel would be easy because Mario, marcell, and KW would make any average DE look good playing next to them.
