To the people complaining about Allen,
You're never going to see a better QB in your lifetime. Gain some perspective. He's 27. He needs a mentor to help him manage the weight of the expectations and also how to manage the game, like a Manning, or Brady. Sometimes the three-yard completion is the one that helps you to win the game. He's got all the mental and physical attributes. He's a once-in-a lifetime talent.
Do you want to chase a HoF QB out of town? He will go to another team and win multiple SBs, guaranteed. Gain some objectivity, people. Don't think with your emotions.

Is this bad technique? Isn't technique taught in JV football? Can't he work on this on the jugs machine? Does he not have a position coach to get him to do it right?
I feel like he has heavy feet, too. Watching Diggs run a route is like watching water in motion. So fluid. Davis stomps around on heavy heels like a lineman.
Cut his ass.

Aren't you the yahoo that felt he needed to start a fire Dorsey chant at the game? I'm still waiting to fund out where you work so I cam come booo you at the office. Or restroom attendant station, or wherever.

Good riddance to fourth and inches shotgun Dorsey.

I thought it was going to play out that way.To me, it was one of two things. Either there was a player revolt against Dorsey, or McD was given no choice from management. It is likely a combination of both.
This is the next question. Who made the call? Was it Pegula or McDermott?

Dude you must be heart broken now that your boy Ken Dorsey is gone. Trying to dunk on my ass for saying that Dorsey was a failure? I've been watching football for forty years. I know a loser when I see one. Dorsey is an inarticulate loser. Not a leader of men. He needed to be fired LAST YEAR.

The wheels have completely fallen off. My points:
Josh is 27. He needs a mentor. Hire someone who can mentor him.
McDermott has lost his mojo. Fire his ass. Fire everyone's ass. There are one thousand coaches who would give their left arm for a chance to coach Josh Allen.
That was one of the worst losses I've ever seen in my 40 years watching the team. Second only to the Leodis McKelvin fumble.
This reminds me of the loss to the Broncos in the home opener in 07. It was 07, right? The last second field goal. That was also gut wrenching.
(That was Marshawn Lynch's debut. He was the best player on the field, and they still lost. Bills had Lynch and couldn't leverage him to win.
Coaching again...)

Well, still better than the trade Josh posts. LOL
NO. I'm not drunk. I think Josh is a one-in-a-lifetime talent. But at this point, we have a better chance to win if we take the checkdowns and matriculate the ball down the field. Dorsey's offense is horrendous. Maybe he will call a different game with a different QB. Allen wants to score 14 points with one throw, and Dorsey seems to be encouraging it.
Kyle Allen has won games in this league.
-
Let Josh ride the bench in the second half. Let Kyle Allen have a shot.

Can Russ throw more than five yards downfield?
Why does he need to? They are going to win. Would you rather have him throw it 75 yards and lose?
-
Hot take: this is one of the worst teams in the league. Not sure if they could beat anyone at this point.

No. Dorsey should keep doing exactly the same thing he's doing. Don't change anything! Even if they lose 20 games in a row, keep on keeping on! Trust the process.

Dorsey does not want to establish a run game. Throwing out of shotgun is his religion. It was even the same way in the preseason.
He's one of the worst coordinators I've ever seen. It took the rest of the league about 6 games to figure him out.
FIRE DORSEY.

Ken Dorsey ruined Cam Newton's career, and now he's ruining Josh Allen's. Dorsey is a QB killer, a cancer on this organization. Get a legitimate OC with a legitimate experience as a coordinator—not your buddy from the Carolina days.
Josh has all the physical and mental attributes. It has to be coaching.

That's a super weak analogy, faulty logic.

This is the kind of fan that I hate sitting next to at a game. How about you just skip the game?
People said the same thing when fans wanted to fire Dick Jauron. Ok. Keep losing with Dorsey.
Soon Dorsey will be out of the league, just like Jauron. Why wait?

How certain are we that Dorsey isn’t calling the game plan based on McDermott’s input?
Good point. I doubt hMcDermott would answer this kind of question if it were to be posed to him. But as I understand it, it's professional courtesy to "stay in your lane" when it comes to giving autonomy to coordinators.
But of course it's impossible to know for sure.
-
Do you think it would be possible to get a "fire Dorsey" chant going at the next home game? It's a prime time game, so it should be enough to embarrass Dorsey in the national spotlight and perhaps McDermott will have to face the music. He should have been fired yesterday. If McDermott cares more about loyalty than about results, then he should get the axe, too. Look what happened in LV when they fired their HC. They looked like a different team. Get this cancer Dorsey out of Buffalo!

A better question is why doesn’t Buffalo carry a starter-quality running back on their roster?
It wouldn't matter. Bills could have Marshawn Lynch, Derrick Henry, and Jim Brown on the roster. Dorsey won't run the ball.

Serious question: Why does Buffalo carry any running backs on roster? Since Ken Dorsey has zero intention of establishing a running game, wouldn't it be better to fill those spots with valuable depth in other positions like DB or OL?
I'm glad Buffalo didn't trade for Derick Henry since they wouldn't give him the ball anyway. Dorsey wants to throw all the time out of shotgun. So why not just eliminate the position from the team?

DORSEY FIRED, Joe Brady Interim OC

Yeah, that's why pretty much every former QB analyst in the media thinks Allen is one of the most gifted athletes on the planet.
I'll trust Brady's opinion over yours . . . You're either a troll, or lack the ability to analyze a situation with objectivity.
