Merriman will play hard if he is healthy? For the simple fact he is playing for a contract for next year, most likely with another team other than the Bills. If he thought his aches and pains are bad here in San Diego wait until he gets a taste of Western NY winter weather

Never played a game n a Bills Uniform. The only saving grace that year was that the Bills had two 1st round draft choices and with the second pick in the first round they chose Jerry Butler out of Clemson. -
Living in San Diego, and being a Bills fan, I hope the Bills don't walk away from Merriman, they better RUN, if Lights Out can't stay healthy in 72 degrees and sunny, how is he going to deal with a dose of Western NY winter. AJ didn't cut this guy for no reason? Think about it!

Watched thegame last night and Johnson threw 4 picks. If he does that in college, what do you think will happen to him in the NFL.

The Bills best chance of winning a game is the Lions or Browns period.

JaMarcus may go down as a close second to Ryan Leaf as the worst number 1 pick in NFL history. With his size maybe we could turn him into a left Tackle like we did Jason "two ton" Peters.

Williams is getting old and was hurt the majority of the year in San Diego. AJ Smith wouldn't dump him unless he felt he is either out of gas or not worth the $$ he is looking for.

Ernie Warlick just had a quad bypass and the young age of 80 years old, let's hope he bounces back quickly. I remember meeting him a sports banquet as a kid and I shook his hand and asked him with hands that big how can you drop the ball, with a smile on his face he told me "sonny it's aint the hands it's them footsteps"! Get well soon Ernie! For all you youngsters who may not know who he is? He was a great tightend with the Bills in the early AFL years.

If the Saints can build a championship team in four years, the Bills can if they can stick around long enough. Sean Payton is proof it's better to go with the young gun coach rathewr than retreading the coaches RW is bringing in. If they draft one of the QB's in the first round it will prove management has not learned a thing in the past ten years! We have bigger needs. As in both offensive and defensive lines Where's the BEEF?

The best one going around the day after the Chargers lost was the Nate Keading tried to hang himself, but didn't have the leg to kick out the chair! I told all by Bolt buddies now they have there own wide right game to think about. I wonder where LT is going to land if he doesn't retire?

I have lived in San Diego Ten years but will never be a bolt fan, I am a Bills fan for life or until they move, I have come yo realize the Chargers are the Westcoast Bills, they break there fans hearts every year just like our squad does. I actually thought that this was their year, but I kept telling my bolt fan friends not to get too excited because you know they will break your hearts, sure enough it happened again. So my question is to anyone that wants to answer, who do you think will win a Lombardi trophy first, San Diego or Buffalo? I hope I live long enough to see?

Why would Fewell start Fitzpatrick? don't tell me it's give them the best chance to win? Plus He is not the future, nor will he bring back this teams to the playoffs? I hope Fewell doesn't think this head coach gig is anything but temporary? Does this move seal the fate of Trent as the starting QB? Or was that dye cast weeks if not months ago when they blew up the o-line or turfed Turk? The only coach that I can see thaty doesn't need to put a for sale sign on their front lawn is Bobby April. Time to call information and get Shanahan's number and give him a call, before Washington, Detroit, Cleveland, Tampa Bay or Oakland beat's Ralph to the punch.

If by the grace of God the Bills end up 8-8 will Ralph still make a coaching change? If not what does he need to save his Job?
