    Chan Gailey before the season: I believe in toughness and discipline. We've not been where we've needed to be in the last few years. And we've got to get back there. And I only know one way to accomplish that, and that's hard work.

    But that won't make you any better at playing football, Chan.

     

    It won't magically make the coaches any good or the players any good.

     

    I'm so sick and tired of hearing this hard work mantra. How about the front office starts working hard to give us some actual talent and skill on our coaching staff on and on our roster.

    If you are not happy with the product, don't buy it. Simple. This is actually a fundamental principle this great country is based on.

     

    Are you saying that Ralph does not care at all about Buffalo, and he is just here to make as much money off the poor soles that are Buffalo bills fans.I think he owes the fans something for there dedication the past sixty years.

    I see some people saying we are worst off now than when Jauron was here. Should I remind everybody that we did not beat Miami, The Jets or NE last year either. Green Bay is one of the best team in the NFL and if we had 5 Jaurons on the sideline, we would still have lost. This team is lacking serious talent especially where it counts the most: OL and DL. The front office did exactly nothing to improve that situation so I did not expect any better results this year. Sadly we will probably win a few games that will stop us from a N°1 pick. Not that it matters with the same staff drafting as in prevois years. The signing of Kelsay is a sure sign that things are not going to get any better. Just live with it. It is Ralph's team and he is free to do whichever he wants with it. He owes fan nothing. Fans dont have to buy tickets or merchandise but they keep on doing just that. Every summer for the past 10 years, the buffalo marketing gurus are convincing a high number of fans that this is it but yet there was no concrete reasons to think we had improved. Actually all teams in our division did more than we did to improve. Dont be angry at Ralph. Dont count the minutes until he passes that is just poor taste and completely wrong.

    I dont get why Ralph does not owe the fans anything?

    I am a Bills fan, and a Pirates fan. (I know, pity me :rolleyes: ). The similarity between these two organizations is horribly frightening. Every year each respective team stinks it up. And every year the respective ownership comes out and says "this year will be different" and trots out some ridiculous slogan like Billieve. And then, when the respective ownerships finally try to show that they are willing to spend money, they spend it on the wrong players while letting the good ones walk (Pat Williams, etc). :wallbash::wallbash: And now, ironically, some Bills fans are talking about boycotting during a game, which ironically is something Pirates fans did last season. I hate to think the Bills are down at the Pirates level, particularly because there is a salary cap in football and a football team should never reach that level of terribleness, but I’m beginning to think they have.

    Stop posting this crap. No we are not the Pittsburg Pirates.

    I really don't have a problem with them extending Kelsey, I don't know the terms of the deal, but I bet it'a a back end load deal and if they cut him in a year or two it's not going to matter much. With that being said, I have no idea why they would sign him for longer. He seem to be lost out there. Not that I blame him, he a DE playing LB. The only thing I can think of is maybe it to scare maybin into playing harder. Did Maybin even play today? I'm just completely stunned with this team.

    They extended kelsey so in the future they can say that they dont have the money to resign good players. There are trying to make the bills fail in order to piss the fans of Buffalo off. Then when Bills fans become pissed they post retarded threads on this web site. Which makes me mad because then I have to read it.

    Offense there are >5 I like. Wood. Levitre. Spiller. Jackson. McIntyre. Fitz. Parrish. maybe Nelson. maybe Hangartner.

     

    Defense is tough, man. Byrd. Poz. maybe Troup and Carrington - like to see more of them.

    Dwan Edwards and Andra Davis have the potential to be solid depth, but they aren't getting it done as starters.

    I dont get it. We had momentum going into the second half with the ball. And if we elected to receive the ball and when 3 and out on the first drive some of you would be blaming Gailey for not deferring. Gailey made the right choice we just suck. How could Gailey know that the jets were going to score. If he had confidents in his team he would let the defense get out there first.
