  1. It's pretty sad that most of us are hoping for an average WR to come back this week knowing the season pretty much hangs in the balance given how pathetic the offense is.

But even with Matthews in the lineup no team is going to fear the Bills as long as Taylor is the QB and even a team like the Bucs who have one of the worst defense statistically can get on track against this offense.

Dude, your posts are nothing but Tyrod hate. EVERY.SINGLE.ONE.OF.THEM. Your posts offer no substance and are borderline absurd. Please, for the love of God, stop posting.

    Thank you

  2. I'm simply not a fan of trading draft choices for a RB. McCoy is aging, but we should look for a replacement in the draft. I think that Jonathan Williams could be almost as productive as anyone who is going to be on the trade block. It's difficult for me to understand why you'd let Gillislee go, only to use draft choices on a RB. The idea of the Sammy and Darby trade was to compile draft choices, I'd rather not lose any for a RB, especially when they refuse to activate Williams.

The only way I'm giving up a draft choice would be for a WR. It's not because I like the idea, it's only because it's a necessity. This team has exceeded expectations thus far. We are in the hunt, but we won't be for long without a legitimate WR. We need someone immediately. I'm aware that WR's take longer to adjust to a new scheme than other positions. However, wouldn't any legit WR immediately be an upgrade over the crap we have now?

Because Gillislee is lighting it up in NE right?

Also, the reason we are compiling draft picks is to add talent, which doesn't necessarily mean just through the draft. It gives the Bills flexibility and ammunition.

  3.

....Greenspan called it "irrational exuberance" bud and me thinks OH FER 17 has exacerbated the "irrational" portion....this is not a two repairs and maintenance "fix up".....Pegula opened the checkbook wide to hire probably the best FO/Administration since the Polian years.....the McD hire makes sense as far as a taskmaster hell bent on fixing Loserville......this gang is churning the roster in the same manner as Whaley did looking to get better......but you're sure as hell NOT going to solve ALL personnel problems overnight......when is the last time Buffalo was positioned with SIX picks in the first three rounds of an upcoming draft, including TWO 1sts?.....the yipsters will continue to yip and remain posters versus GM hires ....so you buy popcorn, Bourbon, sit back and read, keeping yourself "amused" with the expert commentary, right?....BTW, Wrecks was a flat out fraud just like his old man and buffet brother...

    Excellent post! Good read AFLGuy

  4. This had the first Miami game of 2016 feel all over again. Game was a must win and still came up short. I like the HC and the direction theyre headed in but this had that familiar feel to it. Good teams dont lose games when theyre +3 on turnovers.

Im normally very positive. Today, just cant take anything positive from it. Defense played well but they let the one guy beat them that they shouldnt have let beaten them.

Agree...except this wasn't a must win. We'll make up this AFC loss via the Fins and/or Jets and most likely a split with the Pats.

I'm down about the loss, but I'm still very confident in this team and it's potential this year. The bye week came at exactly the right time.

  5. Why do people act like someone insulted their house when they speak about Buffalo being boring. Compared to most of the other NFL cities Buffalo is boring. So what.

I lives in the Boca Raton/Deerfield Beach area for 11 years (half hour from Miami). I moved back and wish I would have sooner. Buffalo is definitely a city on the rise. I can't believe the overall progress that has been made in a decade.

As far as the "things to do" stuff, it's subjective. Buffalo and the surrounding areas are stacked with things to do, IMO. South Florida to me is became stale and way to cookie cutter. But again, it's subjective.

    Sorry for the typos...new phone

  6. his dad is our db coach and we decided to start a career backup in Poyer over him. worked out well but pretty bizarre we didn't at least give him a shot. unless he was asking for too much money or something. i guess we will see how much he is going to be paid by Carolina

His dad came into my store a few times and we jokingly talked about Jairus signing here. You could tell he really wanted it to happen (obviously). Good guy, super nice.

On a side note, Eddie Yarbrough came in and was very nice and humble too. That was after the Carolina game. I brought up Zay's drop an you could tell he was upset about it. I love this team.

  7. One thing that seems uniquely Buffalo in my experience is buying strangers drinks when you just met them at a bar. No one seems to do that outside of Buffalo. Doing it to hit on a girl doesn't count. I do it all the time and people look at me like I'm nuts. Which of course I am.

I don't know about that man. I lived in the Boca-Deerfield area of Florida for 11 years before moving back and the bars there most always had friendly people buying strangers drinks and having BS conversations with each other.

  8. What if San Fransisco takes the #1 pick in the draft. Washington had tagged cousins again. Washington trades their first and cousins to San Fran for the #1 overall pick. They take a Qb, then are followed by jets, Browns, jags.

I don't see any team who holds the #1 overall pick passing on Darnold in order to land Cousins.
