like i said from that game vs ohio st, u can see how great his first 3 steps are along with his ability to bend and turn. something the bills havent had since bruce sadly. again its is college but u can obviously see the athletic ability on the edge. he ran a 4.5 on his pro day and had the fastest 10 yards split of any d end along with the best first step... im going to say he gets 8 sacks this year along with some much needed pressure

hes in the mold of derrick thomas, he is going to be used strictly as a 2nd and long 3rd and long speed rusher off the edge this year, which is exactly what we needed. there isnt much he needs to learn this year except for hand technique, thats about it. in 3 weeks he should be fine. im sure u will see him get some pressures this week against pittsburgh, hes to fast and athletic not to generate pressure on the corner....

i would be very suprised if c bryan is cut. i will be even more suprised if denney and kelsay are still on this team. i bet that the bills cut both and end up signing a de of the waiver wire....

if u take away demarcus ware's first step he also wouldnt be that good. duh, of course. all de's that are good or great at putting pressure on the qb are quick.
also maybin ran a 4.58 at 251lbs on his pro day, faster that demarcus ware. imo he is very similar to john abraham/dwight freeney and even derrick thomas who was also all speed and quickness and no power...

This is a board to express our opinions, or so I thought. Before the draft, Many of us said this would be a mistake taking a guy that for one-year made Temple, Coastal Carolina, Syracuse and the Big 10 look bad (der)... AND made USC look like the New England Patriots offense. We shall see.

dude he has dwight freeney type explosion off the snap and that was on grass... trust me all we need is his speed and explosion and he will be fine he s already plenty strong

i dont think he is as good as bruce , im just saying we havent had someone that can turn the corner since bruce, maybin can turn and edge to the qb similar to bruce, thats all. i saw the sack and ff, it was ridiculous...
