People across the league thought Losman was a joke. Again, I'm on record as saying this is DJ's make it or break it year. But if the Bills do make the playoffs this season, DJ will have a good look at coach of the year. How many coaches can say they have won the award twice with 2 different teams?

One year turn around, impossible no. Option 1. draft Montana, Elway, or Brady Option 2. Develop a dominating pass rush and be stoud at both Offensive and Defensive Lines. ( Bills were out muscled in all 4 Superbowl losses) See lack of mental Toughness Option 3. Hire a motivational coach who knows dead wood when he sees it (Parcels) and draft lineman/ good ones See Mike Wiiliams Cream Puff 370 LBS or Bryant Mckinnie 345 and chiseled ,even a lame brain like me could have gotten that one right.
