  1. Well, I am a SJ13 fan... but, it is interesting looking at his career. Did you know that Josh Reed has more receiving yards?

    11. Steve Johnson - 69 games, 3489 yards

    10. Josh Reed - 115 games, 3575 yards

    9. Peerless Price - 84 games - 3772 yards

    8. Bob Chandler - 113 games - 3999 yards

    7. Jerry Butler - 88 games - 4301 yards

    6. Thurman Thomas - 173 games - 4341 yads

    5. Frank Lewis - 80 games - 4638 yards

    4. Elbert Dubenion - 99 games - 5294 yrds

    3. Lee Evans - 109 games - 5934 yards

    2. Eric Moulds - 154 games - 9096 yards

    1. Andre Reed - 221 games - 13095 yards

Blue denotes player currently on the roster.

Andre Reed averaged just under 60 yards a game over 14 seasons or 221 games with the Bills.

    59.25 yards per game.

Johnson has averaged just over 50 yards per game over 5 seasons or 69 games with the Bills.

    50.56 yards per game.

At that rate, Steve Johnson will need 258 games to break Reeds mark. That would mean an additional 11 seasons and a few playoff games. The exact math would be 11.18 seasons. Steve Johnson would play for the Bills 16 years and be on the roster in 2024. He would be 38.

So by the end of his contract next year he could be the #5 all time.. Not too shabby. Your calculations don't take into account that Reed started his first year and Stevie didn't start until his third year. This makes your averages needing an asterisk. Stevie has been averaging over 62 yards per game as a starter. 69 games, but only started in 51.. Was only active in 16 of the first 32 games.

  2. Do we really need to spend another year on what a piece of trash Fred is? Let me sum up the haters points- He's old. He's old and brittle. He's old, brittle and fumbles a lot. Meantime the golden boy CJ [2000 yards! sure MVP!] continues to not spot lanes, gets hurt and fumbles.

Fred won the Ravens game single handily.

Kiko from hero to zero in just 3 days..

  3. 1. We're 4 games into the season - calm down. Ray Rice = Elite. AP = Best RB in NFL. Stop making yourself look foolish and lets not get into semantics about what's "elite". If Ray Rice and AP aren't elite I sure as heck don't know what you consider elite.

How am I not calm? You said Elite rushing teams, not elite running backs. I most definitely think AP and Rice are elite running backs. However even elite running backs can look very average without blocking.

Keep your snide "looking foolish" comments to yourself. Totally unnecessary and uncalled for.
