  1. Getting in great shape and working hard has been something McCargo has never been known for. So I'm hoping that the light bulb has turned on for him, this guys potential is unreal. A big man who has that quick of a first step is next to impossible to find and him actually getting built while shedding that fat will make him that much quicker.

  2. He played LT sparingly in Oakland, even after Robert Gallery couldn't cut it. If he wasn't good enough on the league's second worst franchise, he shouldn't be good enough in Buffalo. It's a flat out bad gamble to expect him to make a move to a position in his 8th season that he's never played more than 2 games straight.

You realize the blocking scheme and offense system had more to do for that horrible season by that o line than the players. Shell was using a blocking scheme that was 15 years out of date, all they did offensively was take 7-9 step drop backs. And on top of that they had 3 offensive line coaches plus Shell always chimming in, that is a recipe for diseaster.

  3. 1. Whitner, 5million fish a year and he has just not earned it yet.

    2. Butler, Right Tackle will be his last attempt to establish himself as a pro. (terrible IMO at right gurad last year)

    3. Kelsay, although not really a surprise.

    4. Roscoe, IMO the only person in this group who was productive last year. Will come down to WR # and money.

Seriously, watch did you watch to make you come to the conclusion that Butler was terrible at guard. Boy I'm so glad your not running this team.

  4. Great find, that was an excellent video. I'm really liking the Harris pick even though I wanted Freeman. What I like even more about it is I heard that they want Harris at 240 and he said that's no problem. Being a safety he was constantly keeping his weight down. I have to say Shawn Nelson, in terms of value will by far be the best pick in this draft.

  5. Still not convinced about the OL. 5 guys, all new or playing new positions with 2 rookies. That's not a line that's going to hit the ground running. Maybe if the rookies can play, if Walker can play LT and if the chemistry turns out to be good they'll be a solid group towards the end of the season.

As long as they guys are at those positions day 1 of training camp they will be fine. I'm not worried at all, in fact I'm excited.

  6. Oher has been quoted by scouts as the most atheletic 300 pound lineman they've ever seen. You def have to consider him if he's there, but I have a feeling he wont be. But if that happens I think Raji or Orakpo will be. I love Britton at RT so I want him at 28.

  7. Man I really like that draft, the only picks I would change is in the middle rounds. I would take Beckum over Marohah but it wouldn't kill me, take Hamlin with that other 4th. Then def take Follet over Ellison but I see no way Follet makes it to round 5. That would be a phenominal draft.
