That was a long time ago. I have lost a lot of weight since then. The picture in my avatar is more up to date.

If she doesnt have any long lasting injuries I can't imagine her getting any higher than 5 figures for punitive/pain and suffering damages.
I have had a lot of mental anguish straining my brain trying to remember when I got hit. I was way too drunk that night to remember anything.

First of all, why do you say she is suing when both of the articles specifically mention that no decision on suing has been made.
But more importantly, what has she got to hide? Why doesnt she come out and admit she was drunk and not paying attention. Why doesn't she provide the actual notes and documentation from the EMT, the ER doctors and her own doctors. Its clear she is milking this and wants him to pay millions even if he wasnt driving. The moral thing to do is not hide behind her lawyers and come right out and admit that she wasnt really hurt and she screwed up implying that there was any pain or suffering. This silence is total bullschit. I'm ashamed of women and Canadians. This is what pisses me off about regular citizens. They think they can screw over rich and famous people. She needs to come clean right now and clear the air and answer all questions about why she sprinted across the street, dove into a car, and then laid on the street for a full quarter of an hour. Citizens make me sick to my stomach.
Because of the trauma, or maybe the Rheingold, I don't really remember what happened so you can't say I'm telling a lie. I remember stumbling into the street and the next thing I know I am sitting there with a piece of broken mirror in my hand so I reached down and slashed my leg. $$$$$. But I don't really remember anything due to the trauma or the Rheingold.

A few $$$$$$$ and things can be back to normal. I don't care if the money comes from the football guy or you people take up a collection.

Any way you slice it, this is not good and people are talking. I live in a small city of 56,000 people and today alone no less than 10 people made comments to me about the Bills. Things like "your running back is in a bit of trouble eh", "schitt's hitting the fan in Buffalo eh" and so on. This puts a bad light on the Bills and we as fans have put up with enough crap over the years with the 4 SB losses. As I type this, Marshawn's name scrolls across the ticker on the NFLN for all the wrong reasons.
This could all go away if someone just ponied up the $$$$$.

Not all lawyer advice is good advice. ML is getting bad advice. I hope they make leaving the scene of an accident where a person has been injured a felony with a mandatory 10 years in prison.
If you're smarter than Marshawn's lawyer do you think you can help me make some $$$$$$$$$?
