  1. Considering the prospect of no meaningful games until September of next year, I'm holding on to the slightest bit of hope that things fall our way. Mostly just so I have a vested interest this weekend.

Just like the similar thread posted last week, I'm not thinking this is at all likely. But stranger things have happened. (Or maybe not).

    1. We need to win out..duh.

    2. Miami has to lose out. Starting Saturday night at the Jets and week 17 against the Pats (as well as us in between, obviously) or we're officially done. Meaning we could be mathematically out before kickoff Sunday if I'm not mistaken. No Tannehill possibly, even though I think he sucks.

    3. Baltimore needs to lose 2 of PHI, @PIT, @CIN. Losing at Pit could easily happen. At Cincy is far less likely, but possible. Division game on the road and they should have AJ Green back.

    4. Tennessee needs to lose 2 of @KC, @JAX, HOU. Lose at KC, then one of the next two somehow.

    5. Denver has to lose 2 of NE, @KC, OAK. We beat Denver on tiebreakers at 9-7 somehow according to the ESPN machine, so they don't have to lose out. Just any two of the three which is very possible.

Save the doom and gloom replies. I know the odds are astronomical. I watched them lay eggs the last two weeks too. But its a week-to-week league and as much as I hate Rex, I don't think the team is as bad as everyone is making them out to be.

When this all happens, I'll be back to start a thread in early January about how the Bills will get revenge in Pittsburgh on wild-card weekend. :flirt:

Below average talent, below average coach = exactly what the Bills are. Their record really is a true reflection of what they are.

  2. This thread is not about bashing women. We all (well I'm assuming most of us) love our wives dearly, and appreciate them very much. My wife is absolutely amazing. Loves me still despite me being an immature 17 year old trapped in a 38 year old's body. She is also the best Mother I could ever ask for to my 2 beautiful children. I am very happy and a lucky man.

That said, my wife has certain "quirks" that drive me absolutely bonkers. Here's an example...

Today we were all playing games in the play room. My daughter was playing with her dolls, giving them a spa treatment, and my son and I were playing Jenga. One of the "logs" from the Jenga game was missing, but it didn't affect the game. We were just fine.

My wife's brain malfunctions when she learns about missing game pieces. I could see her eye twitch. It happens. When you have a 7 year old and a 3 year old...inevitable game pieces go missing. My wife couldn't handle it. She was so irritated about the missing Jenga piece that she spent 2 hours tearing apart the house looking for it. She then stormed up to the play room, having not found the piece, and scolded all of us for not being more careful with our belongings. We all just looked at each other, pretended to be sorry, and went back to playing.

My wife stomps down the stairs, puts on her shoes and coat, and walks out the door. I hear her car backing out of the driveway. She comes back 20 minutes later with a new Jenga game. She just could not go on about her day knowing that there was an incomplete Jenga game in our home.

That's just one example. I have plenty more. This is the place to share/vent about these things. I suppose girlfriend/fiancé stories belong here as well.

    Let's hear those stories....

Um, that's what I do when I find a piece of a game is missing. :w00t:

  3. Pff.

Please. The stadium would easily sell out without Russ.

Most loyal and easiest sells in the NFL are Bills fans.

Imagine if they could actually build a winner and didn't have to sell bull **** to fans year in and year out.

Disagree. Because Buffalo is a shrinking city so he brilliantly marketed to Syracuse and southern Ontario.
