2 CITY MEN ARE FINED $75 FOR SCALPING BILLS TICKETS

‘Calvin L. Johnson, 25, of 48 Lyth Ave. was attempting to sell $12 tickets for $20 apiece, and Michael L. Johnson, 25, of 208 Loring Ave. was offering $18 tickets at two for $50, according to undercover detectives from the Erie County Sheriff’s Department, who arrested them in stadium parking lots.’
