‘There have been all kinds of media reports about the Bills this off-season, leading fans to believe all kinds of things. Here’s what I believe – and I think you should take heed of my thoughts over some national journalist because I actually was at every mini-camp session this off-season.’

‘Fans can purchase tickets in person at the Ralph Wilson Stadium box office, the team’s downtown Buffalo office in the Statler building, the Rochester office in Pittsford Plaza, and the Central Ticket Office on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo. In addition, tickets can be purchased with a credit card by calling toll free at 1-877-BBTICKS and through the team’s web site, www.buffalobills.com. Tickets are also available at all Wegmans Food Markets in the video departments, which are open seven days a week.’

‘Thanks to the generosity of its readers and supporters, Two Bills Drive has been able to donate six Buffalo Bills season tickets the past two seasons for the use by the Pediatric Care Unit of Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Please help us repeat our past efforts for this season.’

‘Local publisher David Jones (of Shout! Newspaper) is tired of dealing with customer complaints about mail delivery, especially during the peak football season when he tries to get his football newspapers in fans’ hands before Sunday games. Now he wants to do something about it.’

‘6–Buffalo. Rob Johnson and Doug Flutie. Of the teams with excellent 1-2 QB punches, only the Bills have any controversy regarding which one should start. That could be a season-long problem.’

‘Demand is expected to be high during the opening weekend of sales and fans using the 1-877-BBTICKS may experience delays and busy signals due to the volume of calls. Last season, seven of the team’s eight regular season home games sold out.’

Not specifically Bills related, but an interesting article on a few problems with the NFL today. Hard to argue with this guy …

‘"My first years here, my high school locker room was better than what we had in Fredonia," 10-year strong safety Henry Jones said. "Training camp is for concentration. You don’t want distractions. And at the same time, the NFL is supposed to be a first-class operation all the way. That’s what we’re really moving toward right now. "We had decent facilities (in Orchard Park), but to upgrade them to this, then from Fredonia to what we’ll have in Rochester, that’s just going to make it a lot nicer to get up and go to work in the morning."’
