‘”We’re staying in touch like you’d expect a player and a coach to do. James will be here when he’s ready to be here and we move forward,” McDermott shared.’

Joshua Palmer's role with Bills among 5 storylines to watch at OTAs
‘Palmer was signed to a three-year, $36 million contract, $18 million of which was guaranteed, because he has proven he can get open against man coverage, and he should be able to block as effectively as the receiver he is replacing, Mack Hollins. These OTAs are an opportunity for Allen to continue to develop chemistry with a receiver who should play an important role this season.’
Bills have intriguing decisions to make on defense as voluntary minicamp begins
‘The Bills have traditionally kept three outside cornerbacks active the last two seasons and they likely have too much respect to keep White as a healthy scratch. White has a $2.2 million dead cap hit they can absorb in the event Hairston wins the job in training camp. The other three players present another conundrum. It’s possible they keep an extra cornerback this year instead of a special teams-oriented wide receiver, so they could keep Ingram, Jackson and Strong. Or they could keep White, activate him and use him as an insurance policy. Normally ties go to draft picks, but Strong is a sixth rounder and those players are never safe on Buffalo’s roster. Plus Ingram (three years) and Jackson (four) have a lot of experience in coach Sean McDermott’s defense.’
Bills begin OTAs on Tuesday
‘According to the NFL and NFLPA’s collective bargaining agreement, during Phase III, teams may conduct a total of 10 days of OTAs. No live contact is permitted, but 7-on-7, as well as 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills are permitted.’

Are the odds Joshing us? Bills favored in every 2025 game
‘On top of all that, the odds are in the Bills favor. Quite literally. While the numbers are subject to change as the season nears, ESPN BET Sportsbook has the Bills favored in all of their 17 games for the 2025 season, the only team to be in such a position. Twenty-three teams, since 1978, were favored to be favorites in every regular-season game.’

'Relentlessly' working: Chase Lundt's road from Texas high school to UConn to Buffalo Bills
‘Healthy over his final three college seasons, Lundt stood out on the field, starting 38 consecutive games at right tackle and showing enough potential for the Buffalo Bills to make him a sixth-round draft choice on April 26.’
Bills Mailbag: Analyzing the current roster's positional strengths and weaknesses
‘There are a couple of positions that give me some agita. It was natural after losing Jordan Poyer and Micah Hyde that the Bills’ play at safety would take a step back, and that happened in 2024. Still, the Bills are pretty much running it back at the position. Taylor Rapp is a trusted starter, but opposite him, Cole Bishop has got to show in training camp and the preseason that he’s ready to step into the starting lineup ahead of Damar Hamlin. Bishop had an uneven rookie season, to put it kindly. He’s a good athlete, but is he a great one? The play in the AFC championship game when Chiefs rookie receiver Xavier Worthy wrestled the ball away from Bishop absolutely can not happen (even if, on review, it looked like the ball hit the ground). That was not a good look for Bishop.’
What comes next for the Bills this offseason?
‘The Bills will host organized team activities — more commonly referred to as OTAs — from May 27 to May 29, then again on June 2, June 3, and June 5. They will also host a mandatory minicamp from June 10 to June 12.’

Ryan O'Halloran: Breakout 'Hard Knocks' stars at Bills camp? A few guesses
‘I agree with Ferguson in predicting Dawkins will take a starring role. I imagine the cameras will be enamored with receiver Keon Coleman because he wore a yellow jacket and ate cookies at his April 2024 introductory press conference. Other players such as linebacker Terrel Bernard, right tackle Spencer Brown and rookie cornerback Maxwell Hairston will provide different kinds of entertainment.’
Buffalo Bills personal seat license sale process approaches halfway point, 'on pace' to sell out
‘“The pace has picked up dramatically with the new price points in the upper level,” Bills Chief Operating Officer Pete Guelli said Thursday. “We’re on pace to sell out the building.”’
Buffalo Bills make event extra special for area 7-year-old
‘Phillip Niccloy, a beloved member of the Le Roy community and Colson’s father, passed away unexpectedly in early May. In the wake of the tough time for Colson’s family, his grandmother, Robin Niccloy, wanted to take Colson to see some Bills players who were doing an autograph signing at a Dick’s Sporting Goods in Henrietta, an event that Colson originally planned to attend with his father.’
Bills' Dawkins recalls how Protector of the Year award came to be
‘Dawkins’ suggestion of the award could be heard in many of his news conferences in the last season. The Buffalo Bills left tackle would bring up a need for an award to recognize offensive linemen unprompted, mention it in an answer about something related — or unrelated — making note that there isn’t an award recognizing the O-line. The position is one that doesn’t get much of the spotlight or attention. Offensive linemen were previously the only players not eligible for most on-field awards.’
Opinion: Bills 2025 offseason evaluation: Defense
‘The saving grace for the Bills defense was the unit’s ability to take the ball away. But that hid the fact the defense finished tied for 11th in the NFL in points given up per-game, 17th in total yards per-game, 23rd in sacks per-pass play, and 29th in both first downs given up per-game and third-down efficiency.’
Sal Capaccio shares experience, pics from set of Bills Hallmark movie
‘Both of Sal’s scenes were filmed in the Bills’ offices above the tunnel end zone of the current Highmark Stadium. Sal shared a picture of the trailer where his dressing room was located.’
Excitement for Hallmark Bills movie growing in East Aurora
‘“It’s a Hallmark little town, so it’s pretty excited about it,” said Jay DePerno, co-owner of Elm Street Bakery, one of the locations picked for filming. “They have selected businesses that are truly local, there’s no chains involved. So it’s us, it’s Bar-Bill, it’s Vidler’s, and I think all of us kind of have the same sense of community and it all ties into the sense of community we have regarding our beloved football team.”’
