The Buffalo Bills, Target and two selected Buffalo city schools kicked off the Buffalo Bills-Target Art Program Tuesday with a press conference and reception for the students who will be participating in the program. Buffalo Bills’ Bryce Fisher represented School #53 and Bills’ center Craig Heimburger represented School #74.
