OT Kris Farris passes physical

"We said today that we felt it was nice to have Kris Farris, almost like an extra pick. His problems have stemmed from injuries. He took time last year, had surgery on his foot in December, and has responded well to the surgery. He’s 6’8, 322 lbs., and those guys are nice to have. We brought him in for a workout and physical, and he passed. He’s had no problems since the surgery."

Bills take chance on aggressive corner

‘"I’ve coached so many guys who won’t take a chance," Williams said. "That really irritates me. . . . guys who stand out there and cover grass. There are a lot of those kind of guys in the NFL. You got to want to make a play."’

Bills add 2nd-round pick, draft Clements in first round

‘Clements was the first cornerback taken in the draft, and is considered a need for the Bills who were seeking a strong, speedy defender to cover the NFL’s top wide receivers.
