The ban includes thermoses, which had previously been allowed in the stadium, as well as binocular and camera cases and fanny packs and backpacks. Bills to place Cowart on injured reserve

Middle linebacker Sam Cowart, the Buffalo Bills’ best defensive player, is out for the season.

Coach Gregg Williams said on Wednesday that the team will place Cowarton injured reserve, ending his season. Cowart is recovering from surgery to repair a torn right Achilles’ tendon he hurt in the second series of the Bills’ season-opening game against New Orleans.
