‘There are a number of positions where the Bills are dangerously lacking in depth, but quarterback is certainly an exception. Drew Bledsoe is a bona fide star, Alex Van Pelt is a capable backup who has started 11 NFL games, and then there’s Brown, whom Gilbride and coach Gregg Williams think has a bright future despite his third-string status.’
